Rude customer service( 2 customer service out of 4 works there)! Some employee has "NO MASK"(those 2 lude ones). We have been going to this UPS store for 5 years. All good and fine with customer service until today. Dropping off my Amazon FBA package that needed to ship to Amazon for our business. This customer service person who were helping me covered up with a blank white label "on top of most important label that Amazon don't want you to cover it". Now Amazon won't know what I have shipped, how many I have shipped, and our company's item ID, etc all of the information that Amazon need! I asked her why and not to cover that area but "she insist" that that's how they ship to Amazon! WRONG! I have been shipping my package from this UPS store and never had any person covering up the Amazon label but this person insist that they were doing the right way! Her reason for covering up is because they don't want too many barcodes on the package for the delivery guys. Give UPS delivery guys more credit! You can not scan Amazon barcode with UPS scanner! Don't show any info! UPS delivery guys only scan UPS Shipping label barcode. Another customer service was also very very lude over the phone about it when I called to tell them that Amazon don't approve any package that don't show that area she also told me to call Amazon which I told her that I did. Ended up had to make trip over to the store with a new label I printed out which showing "DO NOT COVER THIS AREA" on amazon label to show her and very lude attitude she peel the big label off my sheet stuck it to the box without cutting the label part and telling me basically to "I did what you asked, now get out" kind of attitude and not trying to hear me what I wanted to say. I understand 100% it's a busy season right now but trying to tell me what they know which "THEY DON'T", and getting LUDE about it is not a good way of showing that "They were doing wrong, we are sorry". Not taking a chance dropping off "BUSINESS Amazon shipment" there anymore. Are they going to be responsible for my package if Amazon didn't accept my package because they covered up the important information on box? I had to send 2 different packages OVERNIGHT, 2 different times. None of them arrived overnight/next day. However, I was charged for overnight delivery, both times, receipts were indicating next day delivery, as well. First package was sent to Atlanta and arrived after 3 days. Second package was sent to Dallas and arrived after 2 days. If you are not able to guarantee an overnight delivery or you guys are not sure when the package is going to arrive to destination then don’t full people around and overcharge them for services that you are not able to provide.

When the first overnight delivery was late 3 days, I was not happy, but I was blaming human nature. But, when it happened the second time, I realized that it is a norm for this office. I am not lying and I would not write an untruthful review. Be sure that I will stop by to ask for a refund for the services that I did not completely get. And yes, stop blaming others for your office poor customer service and bad reviews.

I paid for 2 to be send out and called Amazon prime for the second item. After an hour with prime I received a full refund for what I had to pay in the store and was send a new label with no packaging required. Waited in the ups store again as they have long lines. This time it was the male employee who assisted me and he didn’t take two seconds before already dismissing me off. He needs to just retired, as he was extremely rude and I can tell he did not want to be there . Then he slammed my package on the counter. I asked him if he could tape the seal shut and he proceed to say it was my job to package the item. Wow, over a piece of tape. He clearly doesn’t understand the meaning of customer service.
