I have never written a review before but I felt compelled given the “solution” that was offered up by the manager for the worst service I have ever experienced. Our drinks were not served for a long time and the appetizer we ordered took very long. We had 7 small children with us and thankfully they were extremely patient but for some reason it took a very long time for our food to come out. We noticed that other people had received food prior to us and the server made it clear to us that he knew we had been waiting a long time. Not sure if our order was misplaced or not put in but we were not given any explanation. By the time our food came out we were missing multiple items and sides. My husband had to go into the bar area for a refill of his drink and I had to go in another time to get tartar sauce and cocktail sauce which we asked for but never came out. We were never checked on by the wait staff. We finally received our final two meals but at that point it had been over 1.5 hours and we needed to leave so we did not get to enjoy the food. The waiter offered to bring a box and mentioned the meals would not be included on the check. As you can imagine at this point, we did not receive a box nor did we get the check. This was even after asking for the check multiple times. My brother finally went in to discuss the check so we could get going. One of the waitresses called a manager to discuss the situation but the manager only took 10% off the bill because they said we received all of our meals. This didn’t even cover the two meals that were so late we were not able to eat nor take home because they did not give us a box. In my opinion, the “solution” was seriously lacking given the situation. This is by far the worst service I have ever received at a restaurant and the only time I have not left a tip. Every time we asked for something it felt like it was never going to come unless we took action by tracking someone down. The only reason I wrote this review was because of the lack of follow through by management to come up with a solution to a terrible experience. Read moreWent today while on vacation, we are a family with 6 small kids. We arrived early about 6pm hoping to get an early service. We called In to check the wait time and we know it's a busy time for all restaurants in the area but decided to check this place out. with 4 kids under 5 we know we needed to feed them quickly. We waited for over an hour, not only were we asked to wait before we got our drink order in but the wait from getting drinks to apppetizers and our meal was about 30-35 minutes each time. My margarita was "frozen" but all watered down at the bottom. We waited about 30 minutes before our order was placed. Our appetizer took about the same time as our food en almost all came together. We order 4 full meals with only 4 kid meals as they mostly shared. Again the wait was horrible. Our waitress would check on us every 25 minutes saying our food was coming. We saw as other customers around us were also irritated with the wait and unsatisfied. We watched 2 party’s of over 5 people that showed up before get served and leave. We requested a manager after an hour of waiting for any food we asked if we could please get fries to let the children eat which they did. Never got to talk to the manager till after asking 4 times to different wait staff as our waitress was not coming by for her. My order the ahi tuna was burnt I asked for a well done but this was just unedible in every way. Overall the food was not too bad with the exception of the piece of tuna that was so dry and felt like chewing on a wood bark. But even when trying to talk to the manager she stated she was too busy to assist us. I've worked in the food industry, the service the way the manager handled it all was unacceptable we will never return. I don't usually write reviews but as a mom of 4 kiddos this is the last place I would ever choose to come back and visit. Read moreSo we were so excited to eat here had ate here few years ago and was looking very forward to it. Food was good except for couple things. But the reason I’m leaving this review is the service and management. They add gratuity 18% for 6 or more. There was a total of 10 of us but we didn’t get to sit next to each other and we were on 3 different tickets so we asked waitress would there be a gratuity she said no since we weren’t sitting with each other and we were on different tickets. ( I don’t like places that have gratuity I like to leave my own tip on job well done) but still we were having pretty good time even tho we had to wait almost 3 hours start to finish. Then we asked for boxes etc and she went on break. Then we get our check gratuity was added. So then a different waiter that we hadn’t even had comes to pick up check and we nicely explained that our waitress said we wouldn’t be charged gratuity and he says he is her husband and had been conversating with her and knew the situation. ????? What. He says she couldn’t have done that. So we ask to speak to manager he comes back and says the manager sent him out there. So I asked a bus boy to get the manager, she then comes out we explain to her and told her and said if she would have only came out at anytime while we were there and explained that she couldn’t waive it that would have been fine and we would have understood but hiding and sending some one out that claims to be her husband to bully us was not the way to handle it. Then our aunt tells the manager that this wasn’t our first time there did she not care if we came back because we didn’t like being lied to and manager shakes her head no. So buyer beware. But the bus boys were a 5 star all the way and entertaining. So they got right at $60 in tip off us together so some lessons are hard but it will be the last dollar they...
