I will NEVER give this place any future business! I visited this McDonalds on November 6,2017 at around 2:30P.M. (normally would not be a busy time) I ordered 2 combo's (McRib & Chicken Tenders) and a Med Coffee(add 10 sugars 3 creamers). I told to pull up to#3 due tom chicken tenders was not ready. Was given 2 med.drinks and med.coffee before being pulled up. I waited 20 minutes...finally called the place asking "how long does tenders take?"waited over 20 minutes... employee comes out and hands me a box(10 tenders) nothing more! leaving me asking where is the rest of my order? after having to explain to her I'm missing the fries, McRib combo...and signature sauce for the tenders, she runs back in gets that, (no sauce)...tries to run back in a 3rd time...(I'm over it now...(late 4 for picking my children up from middle school)these meals was for them., I had just gotten work & needed to go grocery shopping. I thought I'd best get them something to eat considering dinner may be late. I finally drove off to pick my children up, upon leaving the school I took a sip of my coffee.....no cream or sugar added!!! other drinks was both sweet tea's (suppose to be a root beer)well....make along story short,I drove back & decided to talk to management (brandon)He had the audacity to want me to wait to make fresh food....(if my time wasn't of importance to him). Not only did I have to WAIT AN EXTREME AMOUNT OF TIME...BUT NO ONE COULD GET THE ORDER RIGHT, NOR BRING IT OUT RIGHT! I was refunded my money and that was it. Brandon as a manager lacked any kind of management skills. They had enough employees on the clock....it seemed that They lacked the ability of BEING trained correctly. Brandon had no people person skills,he came off as if he hated his job. As A business owner myself, I would hate to have him representing my business....It can only continue to go down from here with his attitude. I called The Corporate Office in hopes that something can & will be done. While waiting for my refund in the dining area...they had 2 more orders completely...

There was a manager leaning on the counter that seemed to be doing some paperwork.she didn't even acknowledge me standing there for several minutes. Eventually (while still ignoring me) she started hollering to the employees at the back of the store asking who was on register and the person in back kept giving excuses (this person is on break, that person was busy).all the while I was the only person in the store. Eventually after (I'd say about 5 minutes) of me standing there awkwardly someone came up to take my order. I ordered a value meal and a small iced mocha. The employee then asked me repeatesly what kind of mocha i wanted. I said a regualr chocolate. He said we have regular or caramel. I said yes that what i want the regular mocha. He said you mean the chocalte. Why does McDonald's sell these mochas and none of the employees ever seem to know what they are or how to make them? He then gave me my mocha with. O whip cream on it. I assume they come with whip cream because I order them daily and about 80 percent of the time they have whip cream. I had been there long enough so I just took it and left. I wish they could teach all of the employee the correct way to make them and I could consistently get the same thing. I rarely do. But they are good Fri is and with the app I get a free one after every fifth one I order (when the app machine is working which is a while bother coming but I won't bother with that. Any way after 18 minutes I finally got my simple little nugget meal and small iced mocha (with no whip cream). Ugh. Come on McDonald's your better than this. I did give them 2 stars because at least the food was hot. Wish I could just say I'm done with McDonald's but I really like these mochas when they...
   Read moreCourthouse Road Store in Gulfport, Mississippi is the WORSE MCDONALD'S STORE on the Gulf Coast in my opinion. In all my visits to any McDonald's, I never come away from THAT STORE pleased. I Went to Courthouse Road store Sunday. - July 7th, 2019, round about 5pm to buy a Sroopwaffle McFlurry.
After waiting about 10+ minutes at the drive thru kiosk with no cars in front of me, I was able to place my order. Then after waiting at least another 15-minutes with one car in front of me, a female employee came to the window and asked if I had the, "something that I can't recall? " I responded, "No, I had the McFlurry."
Being frustrated at this point, I asked to see the Store Manager. He came to the window wearing something on his head or having excessive hair looking "Clueless." Seriously, he really was looking "Cluess." I dare not exaggerate. He then asked if I had something which was different from what the female employee asked? I replied, "No, I had the McFlurry."
I then asked him.if he was having a problem in his store and his response was, "Sort Of." ... or something to that affect. He then turned and walked away from the window saying nothing else.
Okay I get the McFlurry and it was a mess. I don't know which one of them made it but it looked disgusting. It had way to much caramel, not enough ice cream and I don't know what else was happening with it but I didn't want it. So I requested from the female cashier who handed it to me through the window for a refund.
All in all, I spent nearly 30-minutes in line for nothing. This visit really didn't measure up to McDonald's standards.
While I'm NOT calling for these young people to be fired, I do believe they need to be RETRAINED -- especially that manager.
