A little better but the same burger was $11 this time and wrong...after a 10+ minute wait with no business. I paid for extra tomatoes and got 1 tiny tomato with almost no lettuce. Luckily, i checked before i left. When i brought it to their attention, they did fix the burger, and it was exactly what it should've been! Getting better but if you are going to charge someone extra for veggies on a burger, they kinda need to be put on the burger and quit being so stingy! A single whopper meal is now $11 you can afford an extra slice of tomato!
EPIC FAIL.... My $10 SINGLE whopper had so much mustard it was inedible, got charged extra for tomatoes which were there but definitely not a single extra slice, which made no difference as i couldn't eat the burger anyway. My "iced tea" was hot and all ice had melted before i left the drive thru. My fries were cold, not simply not fresh but cold! I asked for fresh fries (before I noticed the burger) she said sure, took my old ones closed the window waited a few seconds and gave me the same ones back, there was a very distinct fry in the box! Do you think we are just stupid or hope we are traveling through and it wont matter? Im local and I love Burger King but this is NOT Burger King! Worst $10 I've ever spent! Read morePathetic so called manager doubt he is if so he needs to be fired. Today at around 7PM I was in the drive thru for 10min so I backed out and went in. No customers inside. I approached the counter no one acknowledged me that's ok. About a min later a young man approached me and asked if I made an online oder or am I ordering in person. I answered him by saying I was in line for ten min and wanted to order in person. With an attitude he told me there was only three employees and began complaining and acting like a 3 year old and when he was thru complaining said, "alright". I asked for a manager and he told me he was it. He refused to give me his managers name. Refused to give me a phone number. Seriously don't think he is a manager if so they scraped the bottom of the barrel. He has no clue about customer service. He needs to be fired. Read moreThis location has got to be one of the worst locations I've ever been to. They are extremely slow and still being so slow their accuracy is not great. We've gone multiple times and we've had everything from just ignoring special requests on the orders for toppings to even getting someone else's order completely. Every single time we go there is no line, but somehow we still sit at the order screen for quite some time and then once we get up to the window we are normally pulled forward with a car that has been sitting there for quite some time as well, past the window, so that our food can be brought out to us at a later time. I'm not sure what the issue is here, but it's ridiculous, and just not worth the time or money. I have trouble understanding how they are even...
