They listed gluten free options but when we asked they do not use separate scoopers and just rinse the ones they use for gluten flavors. It is impossible to tell if every employee actually rinses them every time with such a hectic environment.

At first they said cross contamination risk isn’t guaranteed,so I told them they should note that on the menu because of food allergies. Then someone came up trying to convince us that there is no cross contamination and they always wash them. If you’re going to list gluten free items you should at least be using separate scoopers with a separate area for gluten free preparation.

At first we asked if they can just open the new container underneath the almost empty one and they wouldn’t do it, but then a minute later they agreed to. It just feels too relaxed when dealing with food allergies here and we probably won’t go again to have to argue with them again.

Hello, I’d like to let ice cream lovers know that THIS PLACE IS HEAVEN!!! the ice cream has no added sugars or preservatives, the taste is outrageous, the portions are very generous (they truly pack the cup) and the varieties are a-plenty!!! try the cherry vanilla. i dare you to get a bite without huge cherries. the salted, caramel pretzel is loaded with flavor. the pumpkin spice is unlike any of the pumpkin spice items you’ll find now. butter pecan is chocked with nuts in the richest buttery vanilla. my, oh, my!!! they even have cotton candy for the kids. you can definitely taste the difference. love goes into this ice cream
