If I could give zero or negative stars, I would. I had a terrible experience at this location. I ordered an espresso shot and a plain avocado toast. The woman who took my order was extremely rude. At first, I thought it was a language issue since I’m a foreigner, but the way she looked at me when I approached the register felt very disrespectful. As a foreigner living here, I’ve gotten used to certain looks and attitudes, but this was beyond what I could overlook.
However, what bothered me the most was the behavior of the man working in the kitchen. He literally threw the food on the counter. I might be able to tolerate rude behavior toward me (even though it's unacceptable), but I cannot tolerate disrespect toward food. I paid for that meal—I'm not asking for charity, and I'm certainly not a beggar. I work hard for my money, and I expect to be treated with at least basic respect. Farmers work tirelessly to provide us with food, and to see it treated so carelessly is disheartening. There are people in the world who can't even afford food, and yet here, the staff treat both customers and food with such disregard.
I walked away without saying anything due to the language barrier, but I honestly didn’t even feel like eating the food after it was thrown at me. Yet, out of respect for the food, I couldn’t bring myself to throw it away.
Why does this place hire such disrespectful people? Many people come to Dunkin' for a morning coffee to start their day right, but experiences like this just ruin the mood. Can’t they hire better staff or at least train them to be polite? I will never return to...
Read moreI stop at Dunkin when I'm on the road and there is no nearby alternative for a decent cup of coffee and quick snack. Dunkin consistently has a piping hot cup, and with typical fast food service, which is to say uneven and often belies both the "fast" and "food" descriptions. Today I walked in because there was a line at the drive-thru and no customers inside. I was waited on quickly and searched the busy, ever changing, electronic menu display on large digital screens above the counter, but looked in vain for the price of a cup of coffee and a donut, which once was a salient feature of this global franchise. I looked over the donuts for the least sugared and processed variety, which appeared to be the "old fashioned" style. I could not recall if these are the cake or the deep fried type, so I asked the server. She didn't know but asked the other workers, who didn't know either. She explained that "they are shipped in, we don't know." I was astounded that none of the workers have received any training that included badic product knowledge, and perhaps have never even sampled the products personally. I decided against a donut, and ordered only a hot black coffee. It was fine. The 3 staff members were busy and seemed to have a pleasant, working relationship and demeanor. I have no idea where the donuts came from, how long it took for them to go from manufacture to point of sale, or whether they arrived fresh, frozen, or...
Read moreI just had an incredibly disrespectful experience at this Dunkin’ location—one that’s enough for us to take all our sports and concessions business elsewhere.
We had placed a large mobile order. When we arrived, the store was closed to walk-ins and was drive-through only. We pulled up to the window, as there were no other customers, and tried to give our order number. A man came to the window, screamed at us with kids in the car to “go around to the speaker,” and then slammed the window shut while we were explaining we just needed to pick up our order.
He then walked away and stared at us through the window as we sat there—still the only customers at the store. We were forced to drive all the way back around to the speaker, give the order number again, and then circle back to the window. There was no apology, no explanation, just intentional rudeness and a complete disregard for basic customer service.
We are regulars who visit multiple times a week with our sports teams and concessions orders. But after this experience, we’ll never return. This was not just unprofessional—it was hostile and...
