Today we ordered the chicken+beef ribs combo with fries as the side and let me tell you, the ribs was sooo juicy and mouth-watering, fell off the bone each bite. The chicken was good too, it was well-seasoned. I just wished the chicken was a little more juicy. The fries were crispy and well-seasoned. We also got the apple+ricotta cheese (♥️), beef (♥️), and spicy chicken (♥️) empanadas which were all super scrumptious. And to top off the meal we got the Argentina cakes (vanilla and chocolate) which were also super scrumptious.

I'll BE BACK! Feeling pretty hungry and not in the mood to cook? -- I dropped in early on a Sunday night, about 5:30 PM and was pleasantly surprised. When the friendly young waitress told me the $20 Pork Rib Dinner was plenty of food, she was not kidding! The pile of fries, perfectly cooked (Hot & Crispy- YES, We've all had poorly prepared fries before in our lives) and seasoned with the correct amount of salt, was a Fry-Lovers Dream! The Pork Ribs were excellent and plentiful. The large portion of onion & red pepper seasoned Black Beans were a terrific addition. A unique touch, along with all the Mason Jars and KnickKnacks, the thin crispy toast served in a small tin bucket, In My Opinion SHOULD be substituted with "real" bread, such as warm seeded semolina instead. (J.M.O.) - Thirsty? the $2.50 for a glass of Coca-Cola was pricey, but "free refills" made up for that. Very Clean, Quaint with a seemingly friendly staff, I enjoyed my meal ! The owner was cleaning the tables outside on the sidewalk, so cleanliness rightfully is important to her, which was good to see. If you opt for the $20 Full Portion of Pork Rib dinner, be prepared to take home a "doggie-bag." Next up for me will be the $25 full portion of Beef Ribs. Sounds pricey? Well, know now that the $20 meal CAN feed two (2) people; at least that day it could have! I highly recommend this place, even though somebody I know recently ordered their chicken sandwich for lunch and was not happy with the size or quality of the sandwich. Good looking menu, but the cost far outweighs the quality of food. Take the $20 full short ribs for example. What we got that night was terrible quality, tough with dense fat...barely any meat. In my effort to address my concern with a mgr she admitted the cooks should be better about the cuts they cook, but said she'd take til next day to give me a call with a resolution (...ok). After no follow up, I followed up myself, left a message with someone who said the mgr had posted a note about this and would follow up with me. I never received the call. I get that this is a busy and expensive business, but integrity is critical for a small local business with local customers serving as their backbone! I was respectful in my voicing of the issue, gave her multiple opportunities to continue accepting my business. Maybe she decided it would be more worth losing my business permanently than cutting us a small break on a pricey order after promising a resolution. I could live with a bad night in the kitchen, but not a local business that can't honor its word. Why take a night to figure out how to resolve this anyway? Seriously.
