McDonald's — Restaurant in Haddon Township

Recently visited this restaurant. We really liked the new building and decor, but that was it. We stopped in one evening around 845. There was maybe one customer in the restaurant when we got there. We waited at the counter for a few minutes and basically just got a "look" from one of the workers, no "hello" no "can I help you?" nada. We overheard someone in the back saying it was a slow night and they were "bored". So we used the kiosk. No biggie. We took our number and then had to find a relatively clean table(all the tables were dirty) that my wife had to wipe down with a McDonald's napkin and some water. The trash was overflowing out of the trash receptacles. Our food was brought out, minus the soda cups. I know that's a little thing, but just added to the experience. The food was ok, fries tasted old and soggy, chicken nuggets were burnt. I know it's McDonald's and not a 5 star restaurant, but the place is basically brand new! The attention to detail, cleanliness, and lack of customer service ensures that we won't go there again. We were only there one time , in the evening, so I have no idea how it is...

First of all, y'all killed my high. My uncle and I came to McDonald's for nuggets and burgers. Not even fries. We ordered a 20 piece nugget 4 plain McDoubles a McChicken and another McDouble. After I order they sent us to the forgotten part of the store, also known as pickup window 2. After sitting there for about 20 minutes, we finally got our food. You know we checked it because somebody in there always messing something up. We only had the nuggets 3 McDoubles two of them were just regular McDoubles in a McChicken. So I had to get up out of the car, go inside and correct the situation. So the dude in the gray shirt came up I told him the situation he told the burger girl or guy I'm not sure what it was. They put all the stuff in the bag, I brought it out to the car, handed it to my uncle he checked it and they still messed up they gave him a triple-decker sandwich... Is that a McTriple??? And they still forgot his other sandwich... We didn't even want to go back around or go inside to wait, we just left.. so y'all owe me sammich. But y'all getting 3 stars could you forgot our...

In haddon twp this place had their grand opening , it was the worst as many people for such a new smaller place than before the older one had the playland for the.kids , that's gone. The seating is so few now so dining in will be at its worst...the attitude at the register of the management was at a all time low.many said nothing about it. She was rude her attitude taking the order was beyond me, also when the machine gave her trouble she mumbled to her self about it and was more agitated, this by no means is acceptable..that ownership failed to hire QUALIFIED management to one worker at the steak and egg station was taking the onions of my breakfast not making the one that should've been cooked without so if you have any allergies this place failed big time.. "never going back there "what a huge and dangerous dissatisfaction and disappointment that could have been worse. If I owned this franchise i'd fire this behaviour avoid it if all possible!! TWO BIG...
