Failed to find a specific pasta locally and at Whole Foods (they supply some pasta to home foods). I then emailed Severino Pasta and got a reply that evening that they had a very similar pasta and could ship it. In other words, the unsigned reply implied they could ship it. I then replied at least 3 times in a span of about 3 days, requesting price and that we would order multiple packages depending on price. They never had common courtesy of replying back. We even called, left a voice mail with the "boss" that they transferred us to with our phone number and same question and that we would like to order. NO REPLY! NO CALLBACK! I give this place 2 stars only because their past looks preety good at Whole Foods, though have not tried it, but very dissapointed at their total lack of communication. Did they have an active COVID infection and therefore a muted sense of smell and therefore taste?
I'm surprised the containers can be microwaved, but.... eh,...

I don't live local anymore and being able to get their products from Wholefoods has been a literal dinner saver for me. BOGO cheese ravioli weekends are also something to look forward to as it gives me a great reason to be a ravioli santa to friends that haven't had them yet. Must try items are their house pesto, fresh ravioli or whatever pasta they are making in the shop while you are there, the cheeses they offer, and the fresh crusty bread. Frozen ones travel great for a camping weekend also and are a perfect dinner for the first night...
