Terrible work! Very unprofessional. I will not go back to her ever! I will dispute the charges. She played with me and the dress. She should have not taken on this job if she knew she could not complete it in a neat manner. The dress looks a mess! I was in desperate need of alterations because the dress I ordered came too small. The dress was final sale and I thought to just get it alerted instead of paying more money to get a new dress and risk it not fitting since it seems to be that I’m in between sizes. She’s actually very rude but thinks it’s funny but it’s not. Watch your tone and each how you talk to people, they are your customers supporting your business. The dress has a big hole inside from her trying to expand it but it still cannot zip up!!! I understand that this might have been a difficult task but if she could not do it, then say so. When I arrived she kept telling me how difficult the dress was to complete. That’s not my problem!!! When you first touched the dress and knew it would be tough, call the customer and be honest!!!!! She was money hungry. Then had the nerve to not have the other alterations done when I came to pick up saying she “forgot” and it would only take one second. The event is tomorrow the dress cannot be worn. Don’t talk down on your customers baby, because you don’t know who you’re talking to!! I’m a business owner as well and only paid because she did some work and the other nonsense I didn’t notice until I came home and tried to put the dress on myself, all around a bad experience. I should have ordered another dress!...

Hate to have give a bad review, but....I must say that Naile was sweet and me and my daughters loved her. She suggested a unique way to fix an issue on one of my daughter prom dresses & we loved that idea. However, the end result did not fix the issue at hand once it was done, and the cinched seam she did on the back was not centered (although not too noticeable). Then we wanted a slit put in the dress. she showed us how it might interfere with the existing seam but she would make it work for her. All she did was create a new slit, a few inches over from the existing seam, and it was about 4 inches lower then where she marked it originally. I could've done that! The dress is not ruined, but not what my daughters really hoped for. Then my other daughters just needed about 10 inches cut off the bottom of her tulle dress, that's all, very simple. All together it was $330, and that was the cash only price. I sucked it up thinking a smaller less busy tailor would do a better job....nope. Shame, but we will not be...

DO NOT use this service. Horribly unprofessional, rude, and inconsiderate. I brought my wedding dress here 2 weeks ago to be altered. I came back today to drop off the deposit that she forgot to take originally when I was completely blindsided by her yelling at me that she is no longer altering my dress. She claims a man was answering and telling her she had the wrong number when she tried to call me meanwhile we talked on the phone last week to discuss deposit payment as I was out of town. She ripped up the receipt and told me to get out of her store. Meanwhile, my dress is still covered in pins and when I asked her kindly to remove them she told me again to get out of her store. I have no idea what I did wrong to upset her so badly and now I am stuck to find someone else to alter my dress in 3 months notice. So disappointing. Horrible experience that I wouldn't wish upon any other bride. I would have selected no...
