We went to Jimi to get a matching small tattoo and our experience was definitely not a 5 star. He took a walk in piercing that took about 20 minutes, which was fine, until he was rushing our small design. We wanted certain small details changed and he was getting irritated saying "we need to hurry this up because I have another appointment". Extremely rude and unprofessional especially for a tattoo artist that is tattooing a PERMANENT mark on skin. We wanted matching tattoos yet they look very different which is shocking since he literally just pasted the same photo to our arm. I have been here for a total of 3 tattoos (including a half sleeve) and have always been impressed with the shops cleanliness, sanitation, art and attitudes. The staff is always friendly and professional and they don't just sit in awkward silence when they're working. They do great work and will always make sure the customer is happy with the design before beginning work. They are easy to work with definitely pride themselves on quality work.
