Slingstone Coffee+Tea — Restaurant in Hagåtña Municipality

So this is my third time this week @ sling stone we are regulars from time too time. I ordered the same butterscotch candy. Today I requested told the employee not lot of milk and more coffee and sugar the same. Order comes, I try it it taste nothing the same from the last 2 times (same drink) I go back ask to put sugar and tell the it doesn’t taste the same. Speaking louder bc of mask and background music lady says lower my tone. I replied the mask is on and maybe that would make them hear our order better. Explain situation than I guess owner?! Korean lady steps in and I let her know my concern with coffee I ask for extra syrup and I told owner I’ll pay 50 cents. Than I explain I wanted cool whip she replies it’s sweet already.. BS! If a customer is willing too pay for cool whip or extra sweet give them what they request for their drink. It’s my expense and business towards the company. I used too think sling stone had the best coffee but after experiencing what I did today it’s just as terrible as other coffee shops. That’s how they lose business. We stayed nine days on the lovely island of Guam. The converted Carwash was our go to coffee shop. The beans are mixed with local grown beans and roasted on the island. My 13 year old loved the mudslide frappe. I preferred the caramello latte and my wife is all about the honey latte. Me and my wife enjoyed the depth of flavor in the drinks with out a ton of added sugar. The drinks are available in larger sizes including 16, 20, 24, and 32. Four drinks including two specialty frappes ran us about 28 dollars. The service was super fast. If this place were on the mainland I would choose it over any...

Such a fun coffee house! There was a super friendly Japanese lady working there and she was the best! My wife and I were both impressed. She was cheerful and knowledgeable and helpful. She deserves a raise!! We loved the look and feel of this place. It was Sunny, islandy, tropical, etc. Great names and House blends of different coffee drinks available. Clever use of a narrow space along the highway. We look forward to coming back. This is probably the best location based on the great employees that we met.
