Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Hagerstown

!! Bad customer service !! I waited patiently until I couldn’t. I proceeded to ask if anyone was going to ring me up for an order, all I got, was an attitude and a not at all friendly stare down by woman cashier. I was completely disregarded, and my unusually long wait time. The cashier then proceeded to take my order, “as if, I was the problem” “as if it was too hard to just ask me what I wanted to order” I know both of the cashiers/prep both had seen me as they both had been looking at me with a side eye… she then took my payment and did not say anything, about sorry for my wait nor did the other man who was running the register, as there was plenty of opportunity to do so, ever came to take my order till I acknowledged myself in both where laughing just behind the hot ready box as I was right there listening in disbelief? Why be so rude to a paying customer…? I get it it work is not favorable but it still a job why loose it for something that literally anyone can do and replace you … it’s not rocket science. I was patiently waiting for a long time with a no attitude demeanor literally just being patient till I could not stay silent. and still got horrible service. In the picture to show I only ordered 2 stuffed cheesy bread The time of order was March 27,2022 01:01 pm although the cashier name was Reginald it was a woman who rang me up. Reginald at least listen to my concerns as I was handed my order after asking possibly how long does it usually take to order this item…but it was too late to turn this experience around for me … they both need more training on customer service and how to manage a working environment just overall this place needs and could do better given...

Literally only 2 stars because USUALLY everything goes well. However I've had this issue TWICE and the first time it was solved no problem but the manager tonight wasn't having it. They started off rude saying "what's the problem?" Then when I explained (I ordered pickup and ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni, wound up getting a Stuffed Crazy bread which upon doing a quick Google search STATES it has Garlic in it, which affects my GERD) and decided to give me a lecture about how they don't use Garlic, even when the pizza reeks of garlic butter AND every single outlet online SAYS it's Garlic Butter.

If this is true, this needs to be made more obvious for those of us with issues with Garlic.

If it's not true, this manager just broke the law advising me there was no Garlic in the butter on the crust. Not to mention the pizza they made me is cheaper than what I was charged.

At the end of the conversation, they said bye and slammed the phone on me.

This behavior is absolutely unacceptable, treating a Veteran like that on Memorial weekend only...

If I could I would give this place no stars. Tell me how one day I ordered and the pizza was great. Tonight when I ordered my husbands pizza was cold. His stuffed crazy bread was just regular crazy bread. My thin crust pizza was soggy and salty. I never got a email saying that my order was done. The manager there tonight had no clue what he was doing. He could not handle his store or workers. Save your money and never go to this little Caesar’s. To me seems like to management has given up. Plus during this COVID pandemic the store is dirty. The manager had long hair not in a hair net. I have managed restaurants and this is not how you run one. My husband called to complain and the manager was nasty and hung up on him. Wow for always saying customers first, that dose not prove you care at all about your customers. I guess the managers here forgot that customers are what keeps their doors open. I will never be back and I recommend that you go somewhere else, unless you want cold pizza and hard crazy bread!!!!!!!! So gross!!!! Thanks...
