I went through the drive-through and ordered me and my kids food, which I go here probably every couple weeks. So I went to the drive-through window I asked for military discount because my husband is deployed. They told me I needed my ID but I didn’t bring my whole purse and I left my ID at home. They told me they couldn’t give me the discount. I said you guys do it all the time. I didn’t understand why it was an issue so she got her manager, so two ladies came up she said what can I help you with with an attitude? I begin to tell her that I didn’t have my ID for military You guys give it to me she said she couldn’t do it and then the other lady saying have you ever seen this lady here before with a smart attitude I have never had anyone question about the military who would lie about that just saying I let them know that it wasn’t a big deal and that it was what it was. It was my mistake for not bringing it, but for the attitude in the disrespect, especially in front of my kids I will never go back there at all, this is of the fast food places that I go to. Read moreCustomer service was good. Cashier took our order efficiently and we received our food in a timely manner. When we checked our bag they had everything exactly as we ordered, no missing sides, everything was hot. When we arrived a team member was actually wiping down the door frame which made me feel like they were paying attention to their cleanliness. The floor could have used a sweeping. I dont know what their foot traffic is like but while i was there for the 15 minutes or so only two other customers came in.
That being said the food left a lot to be desired. The jalapeno poppers are overpriced and underwhelming, the vanilla shake was just ok... their coleslaw was probably the best thing i had because the spicy chicken sandwhich was over cooked.
3 out of 4 people in my party voiced they were unsatisfied about one thing or another about their food.
If i could rate them based soley on customer service i would give them a 4 but since i am also taking into accout the menu and taste of the food im giving a 3.5.

Read moreStopped in last night around 6pm. When we approached the counter the cashier was fooling with the tablet which we came to find out was the Door Dash tablet. The female manager Pat came over to help him with something and told us that it would be a little bit as he had several Door Dash orders to be put in before he could wait on us. When did it become more important to put Door Dash ahead of the customer standing in front of you. We decided to leave after waiting another minute of so for him to finish up. Pat did not even apologize or anything. When asked her name and the name of the district manager she smartly replied "my God given name" and then wrote it down and the phone number.
