Subway — Restaurant in Hainesville

I have noticed a recent trend at most Subways where they are putting less veg on the sandwiches (guessing it's for "cost savings"). However this place does not do that; they actually put the appropriate amount on. I placed an online order recently and they ended up being out of the bread; I guess it's an issue with the website and it not updating on their actual in-house ingredients. They were very apologetic and offered a solution that worked for both of us. This really is one of the only Subways that I go to. Ordered a wrap with turkey, guac, bacon and mozz cheese. The help don't know how to make a wrap so its edible. They want all the makings piled up in middle of the wrap, abt 3 inches thick. They want it that way so they have easy time folding it into a wrap. They need TRAINING. There are photos of wrap sandwiches on their menu. But my wrap lookt like somebody's fist all covered with dough. Or somebody's wallet overfilled with credit cards. Eating this bunch of stuff was no pleasure.and the Salt in the turkey -whew- and forget abt the bacon. ...

Beth and Jazmin is the best. They greeted me with a smile and gave me they heart. Beth gave me fresh cookies. They both have excellent customer service experience. Please put both of them as managers. They deserve a better pay. 😊 If both of them is not working there anymore. I will not come back. Beth and Jazmin is some great ladies. I love them.
