One of the best spots to get a Bite I’ve found in a long time. Really a hidden gem . The shakes are healthy and delicious , the sandwiches are great and the service is wonderful. This is a great spot if you’re on a diet or trying to get good food while working out as well . James really knows his stuff and I’ve even used the supplements and food there to help me in the gym when I was sore , injured or just trying to get my protein macros in and I’ve seen great results from it .
