The staff was extremely rude. I work in the food industry and I understand the rush. I understand being overwhelmed in the industry. I had an online order for 6:00pm, we got in at 5:50, and we were more than okay with waiting, knowing we were early, not a single customer was inside. But all the staff was standing in a circle talking. Then it hit 6:00pm when our order was supposed to be ready, two customers came in, so I waited my turn. At 6:15 we finally went up to the counter asking hey can you check on my order? They then informed me they had no information about this order, and they would get back to me in a second. After being ignored for another 10 minutes (at 6:30) I went back up informing them our order was supposed to be done at 6, but it still isn’t on the pick up shelf, the worker told me she had checked on it and found was nothing. I then told her I was in the food industry, and if she needed help, I would find it for her. She agreed, turned her computer to me, and within a minute, I found my order. They told me they were gonna start making it in the back, and it would be out shortly, I agreed knowing it’s the food industry, knowing you have in store and online orders… at 6:45 I asked again, hey, is our order getting made? She replied give me a minute and I’ll check on that, she went to the back and told me, give us another 15 minutes and will start your order. I had placed this order at 5:30pm. It was supposed to be ready for pick up at 6:00pm. It’s now 6:45 and I’m hangry, I ask her to just place a refund, and she tells me nobody in her store can. But if I call this number they can give me a refund right away. I called the number and they told me I can’t do anything, unless the order is an hour late. Long story short, I hung up the phone call, called them 10 minutes later, and all they could offer me, was salsa and chips. I paid $30 for an order, I never received this order, and your gonna give me chips and salsa worth most of 10$ on DoorDash??? This chipotle is unlike any other I’ve been too. And I really hope, they find new management, and staff, before this chipotle...
Read moreUnfortunately this location has gone down hill. They used to be great, but lately it's been disappointing. For starters, the portions have gotten smaller and the pricing just gets higher. The workers here are extremely stingy with how much they give you (half a scoop of whatever you're asking for) and then double charging you for asking "extra". Their food quality has gone down hill as well. The beans are always dry, to the point where I don't even bother ordering them anymore. Pico is not good either. One time , I ordered a burrito and the person making it made it so messy the juices were pouring out while the worker was trying to wrap it up. I asked for a new one as it was a big mess and the Manger just said to put the burrito into a burrito bowl. Like what ??? The fact that you have to place quesdilla only online isn't a good policy either and just seems lazy to me. Take the order and make the rest of the customers order while it cooks. The workers here don't seem to take pride in their work and have no good customer service skills and the mangers are right there with them. We need this location to get a revamp. Read moreI always plan for this chipotle to be late. That's how I know this wasn't an isolated incident but why is this happening. There was very little people in the store so it's not like it was some crazy rush. The app said they were behind so I showed up 5 minutes late to my assigned time, at which time the app confirmed my order was ready. My order was no where to be seen. I proceeded to wait another 10 minutes until there was absolutely no one in line when I decided I had to ask for my order. The workers did not even start my order right after I asked. There were several workers doing what looked to me like nothing and another customer who had been in there for longer than I had, still waiting. Over 5 minutes later the employee calls me over and asked what my order was, they had already had my burrito bowl made (incorrectly as I found out later) but the worker asked what i ordered as a side and gave it all to me and asked if the food was for me. I answered yes and she said okay we can't print the label, meaning the bag won't close.
