The people complaining about EVERYTHING and dropping one star ratings are the people that render these reviews (sadly) useless.

For Real:

Been here 100x, live not far away, used to hit this location after my kid's sporting events on weekends. That's a LOT of noodles! Still go here, not quite as often. NEVER a problem. Yes, one time one of the soda flavors was out (I did not have a panic attack). Another time, there were crumbs and fork on the floor on a Saturday afternoon (I didn't demand to speak to the manager - or, and this is the new thing - demand to "speak to corporate."

Bottom Line:

If you love Noodles, do - not - pay - attention- to - the Karen's!. Food is great, and I like variety, so had almost everything. Because their recipes are far more complex that a burger joint, yes, occasionally I've changed my order because an ingredient was out, and lived to tell my story.

Personally, these modern "quick food" places are a wonder. Noodles, Qdoba, MOD. The pace is nuts and the potential for a detail being wrong is higher, yet they're FAR more dependable than Taco Bell.

Save the one star reviews for bubble gum in...

Poorly ran. Came here tonight and they were out of chips, low mein noodles, rice crispie treats, SALADS (wth?!) and something else!! My noodles were over cooked (chewy) :// The soda machine ran out of syrup, the table was sticky and the trashcan was overflowing inside and out. Thankfully we didn’t have the big guy with the beard taking our order but he did for some others after us and he wasn’t being pleasant at all. Maybe he’s over worked and tired as I know there is a labor shortage. Not sure what the answer is. I guess we should pack meals from home and not eat out for a while until things...

I don't usually go to this location but this time I did. HORRIBLE MISTAKE. The girl working there (Haley) was absolutely rude. She was rude on the phone. I asked her when my order would be ready and she replied with "when you get here.." in a snotty voice, and when I got there she barely said two words to me and walked away when she saw I was paying with a card. She leaned back to see if it went through, then mumbled something under her breath, turned her back and hid in the corner. Didn't even give me my receipt. Wouldn't doubt it if she spit in my food too she was...
