This store is bright, clean, and modern, with a wide selection for the size of the store. Staff are everywhere and very friendly, and specifically Dean belongs on the front page of the Festival website for not only excellent service but he’s also a total dilf too, he’s excellent Festival model material. Food is always fresh and is orders of magnitude tastier than anything near me in Illinois (yes, this is worth the 1 hour drive across a state line to shop at); I’ve seen people complain about higher prices at Festival’s stores compared to competitors, but you have to remember that you’re paying for better service and easier, cleaner shopping. My only wish is that they would add the in store cafe seen at West Allis and Greenfield, having Caribou hot chocolate and fresh Wisconsin popcorn is VERY nice on cold Wisconsin winter mornings Edit 10/12/2023: I now live in Indiana and I drive from Indianapolis occasionally to shop here when I visit family in Illinois

Such a clean and well organized store, very helpful and attentive staff. Great source for higher quality produce and veggies. The wine and beer options are also very good, I have yet to try their donuts but, what I observed looks promising enough to try. General pricing is comparable to other grocery stores although you will pay more for some things, yet those things tend to be of higher quality. Give this place a shot if you've never tried a Festival Foods store, you should really enjoy your experience! Seeing parking signs geared towards mothers and parents are just another piece of the pie that makes the difference in your shopping experience when you shop at Festival!

Sooooo it's a very off place. On one hand, they tend to carry the hard to find liquor like Hibiki and Angel's Envy. On the other hand they have Christmas Coca-Cola...in mid-April. So my parents have shopped here multiple times and have said that they have consistently seen expired or short-coded food and drinks in the store. Seeing that there's still Christmas food and drink items in April on the shelf is a red flag to me that this is still a common problem here. I would say it's probably fine to grab non-perishables or hard to find liquor, but please check the dates on absolutely everything that you buy here.

I have been relatively satisfied with Festival Foods but 3 recent experiences have changed my mind and made me extremely more aware of what I purchase there. And I normally shop before 11:00am so shelves should just have been stocked. I purchased 2# of shrimp from the meat/fish counter. I asked the clerk if the shrimp were sitting out all night and he said no. He even made comment that would never happen. I also wanted a jar of herring in cream sauce. He walked me over to a refrigerated case and handed me the only jar of herring in cream sauce in the store. I washed half of the shrimp in cold water very well and I prepared them according to a recipe. The next day my wife and I had very serious stomach problems. On January 1 my wife had some of the herring she got sick the next day. Upon inspection of the jar the expiration date was 10 days earlier. We disposed of the remaining content. I should have returned it to the store along with my receipt, but I didn’t. Today I wanted a quart of white milk every container on the shelf (10) expiration date was yesterday 1/18/23. I pointed it out to an employee and he brought me a fresher expiration date. I was happy to see he was removing the expired milk. I would suggest you watch the expiration date very closely. I will continue to shop there just...

I was there Sunday 6/26/2022 I ordered 2 brats from the outside stand, as I ate the 1st brat it was grey in color and looked not cooked, no grill marks at all. I took a bite and it was discus ting the casing didn't move off the meat and it was warm but not Cooked. The 2nd brat had 1 grill mark and was just as nasty, hard as can be, not cooked and tasted nasty. To top it off both buns were tiny hot dogs buns and old they broke apart and were nasty too.

I called to talk to the "manager on duty" he never picked up the call. How can you have a bunch of older guys cooking brats that have no clue how to cook or grill and have ZERO idea that the brats are clearly not cooked? Someone could get sick, oh wait I did from just 1/3 a brat each. Very poor service.

I also was there primarily to buy the hot turkey which your sign clearly says "Hot turkey every Sunday" AND THERE WAS NONE. This store has gone down hill in the last year, employees seem to not care, no one follows what your signs clearly say and to top it off your "acting" store manager is too busy to pick up a phone call from a customer who has been a customer at your store since it opened.

Very poor service, very poor management. UNCOOKED FOOD OR FOOD NOT COOKED PROPERLY CAN MAKE PEOPLE...

I ordered beef burgundy pepper spoon roasts by phone from your meat counter on Christmas Eve. The butcher on the phone was so pleasant and friendly and when I came to pick up my order an extremely young man, dark hair, and skin with facial hair (I didn’t get his name) lol guy ,took care of me. He had my roasts ready wrapped and a Christmas bow on all 3 of them.he carried them to me and placed them in my cart.I couldn’ help but chuckle. His smile and friendly approach truly made this shopping experience so enjoyable and fun. Those extra little touches mean so much. That kid made my day.he actually set my mood for a great Christmas.we went to spend the day and dinner with our family. We made the spoon roasts on two rotisseries, one rare and one medium.twice baked potatoes,a great salad and fresh baked Rhodes rolls.everyone loved the spoon roasts.I got nothing but compliments. Everyone wanted to know where we bought them . I shared my story. We moved here from Greenbay and shoped Festival there.we love your store. Merry Christmas, that young man really influenced the beginning of my celebration. Thank you. Mary Bauer...
