I recently had the pleasure of dining at VeHo, an all-vegan alkaline restaurant, and it was an exceptional experience. As someone who has traveled extensively to various vegan spots across the country, I was thoroughly impressed by the quality and flavor of the dishes at VeHo.

The standout for me was the fried oyster mushrooms. Having tried similar dishes at numerous vegan restaurants nationwide, I can confidently say that VeHo's fried oyster mushrooms are the best I've ever had. The texture was perfect, with a crispy exterior and tender interior, and the seasoning was spot on.

The burro fries were another highlight, offering a delicious and satisfying combination of flavors and textures. They were perfectly seasoned and served with a tasty sauce that elevated the entire dish.

The chicken and waffles were equally impressive. The combination of the savory crispy oyster with the teff waffles and a must try spicy agave created a harmonious balance that left me wanting more.

Overall, VeHo sets a new standard, particularly with their outstanding fried oyster mushrooms and remarkable chicken and waffles. I highly recommend this alkaline gem.

Today is only my second day eating alkaline and I’m already in love — thanks to UNALTRD. The food is absolutely mind-blowing. I had the burro fries with their special dipping sauce, and even my daughter loved it! It was so flavorful, clean, and satisfying.

The chicken and waffles were seasoned to perfection — I couldn’t believe how much it tasted like real meat. I also tried the hibiscus and apple juices, both sweet and refreshing, and I loved knowing they infuse everything with sea moss for added benefits.

They were out of the pasta, which must be a top favorite, so I’ll definitely be back to try it. You can tell everything is made with intention and love. UNALTRD is the perfect place if you’re just starting your alkaline journey or want something truly nourishing and delicious.
