The food was fine but the service, attitude and integrity of the staff left a bad taste in my mouth. We were a party of twelve. The waitress came with an attitude but we overlooked it and said it was probably due to the big group. We inquired about ordering appetizers and were ignored. After waiting for a couple more minutes she came back by this time we decided to just order our meals. She stated that since we are a large group the chef suggests the mixed platters I looked at menu and it states the price for the mixed platters $46.74. At this point I say “$46.74 each not bad how big are they, how many do they feed? She responded three to four depending how much each person eats and you are entitled to numerous sides. I states sounds good for $46.74 we will have three of these them. We requested two pitchers of water and glasses these never materialized. Thus we kept asking for water.

All through the meal we kept requesting water if we two I would be lying. My grandkids had no choice but to order four sodas.

Finally the waitress was called by the other waitress when I asked for a to go container. She came with a very bad attitude and asked if she removed the plates we said absolutely we just wanted to pack up the leftover beef. She then told the children to pick up the plates for her! The audacity of the woman. I told the children to the plates alone that she could pick them up when we leave. I asked for the check and nothing. Finally my goes inside and asked again. When she finally brings the tab it’s for $305. I couldn’t believe it.

I called her and questioned her. She then told that the mixed platters were $78.00 each. I informed her that she never once told me that. That the price indicates $46.74 that I stated that twice to and she did correct or indicate otherwise during the conversation. That what she did was very devious and I wanted to speak with the manager or supervisor. She shrugged her shoulders and told “too bad” he’s not here there’s nothing you can do. To which I responded you are wrong I can, I can pay the bill and not tip you. To which both waitresses said no you are wrong it’s printed on the menu any party of 4 or more we automatically add 15% if you don’t pay we will call the police. I told them to do so.

The police came I told them the above, I paid the bill minus the tip. They lied to the police! They told the I didn’t want to pay the entire bill that’s why they came not that I didn’t want to pay the tip!!!

Police told me to take them to Small Claims Court I just may do so for bad...

The Food was amazing... The Wine was Red. Beer was coldest . love The ice cream and sandwiches . French fries. And. Ghost cups . Use Xform Food was HOT. I will never return to this place. When you originally look at the menu the prices are decent. But then u are upsold to platters of which you are charged a full price of each piece on the platter so if the chicken dinner was 12.99 and you have the chicken and steak platter it would be 12.99 times how ever many on there and same with the steak. The chicken is extremly dry.. The lobster tail horrible and the seafood platter has minimal skeweres and food. The food is not that great and I work in the industry. Two platters cost about $200!! I would have rather gone to a five star resturant. What you are really paying for is their dj and host. He is great has a great voice is very interactive. I will say I heard about 2 or 3 of the same songs in an 2 hour period which, if Im paying the price of a 5 star restaurant I would expect a little better. The speakers are also all pointed inward in a small place so sometimes it feels like it is right in your ear( yes I am use to loud places). The servers were not that friendly. I believe she smiled one time. At one point a menu was ripped out of my hand while i was looking for a dessert...
