Honestly, every time I go to this place, they treat me really badly. The girls who work there are super rude, always angry, and they give dirty looks as soon as you walk in—like they don’t even want you to buy anything. They never say “hi” or “good afternoon,” and the first thing they tell you is that they don’t have boba, like they’re hoping you’ll just leave.

There’s always something broken, and instead of trying to help or offer a solution, they just make excuses. The cashier in the front is really intimidating—it feels scary to even say something because they don’t accept it if you point out a mistake. It’s just a really bad customer service experience. It was my first time coming here and it was 30 ° cold and raining so I asked for no Ice in my boba. They said in order to have no ice and keep it at the price I paid they'd have to not fill my cup with boba all the way. I was completely flabbergasted. How incredibly cheap and petty could they be that they can't fill up your cup all the way because you ask for no ice? They are basing their costs on filling your entire cup with ice I so you receive less product I suppose? It's ridiculous that they would either charge you more for asking for no ice or not fill up your cup all the way. I just moved this area and live right down the street and ADORE boba tea. Rude girls at the front, had a horrible attitude. I was waiting for my drink and my friends had got all of theres, all the workers had went to the back, I got one of the workers attention and had told them that I never got my drink. The workers responded very passive aggressively and said “next time you need to pay attention to your drinks” when It was there mistake that they forgot to make the drink, and as a worker they should be watching who’s grabbing drinks, we don’t know what other people had ordered so whatever they grab from the counter I’m just going to assume it’s there drink.
