This place was good at one point, not anymore. I stopped coming for a while gave them a chance today. Not satisfied. Order was incorrect, again. I asked what the extra charge of .50 cents was on my receipt. the girl said for the eggs since they are so high. Ok, so a breakfast taco with a store bought tortilla is now $3+. Ok, get my order. One breakfast taco was requested NO egg, beans and bacon only. Turned out to be egg and bacon and an extremely small smear of beans. Almost unnoticeable. I called the restaurant and was informed that ALL breakfast tacos automatically have egg. (Unless you specifically say no egg) so saying beans and bacon only is not enough. you automatically get eggs and automatically get upcharged for egg. Doesn't seem right, but business i suppose. Also got barbacua(?) Which tastes funny it's like it's made with chorizo. I stopped coming to eat here because the food started to taste funny, it still tastes funny. Not for me. Used to be a good place to eat, not so much anymore. The girls are a little rude but so am I so that's...

Their food is great I can’t complain. Their barbacoa is one of the best, sometimes you need to add a little salt but other than that you can’t go wrong. Their horchata is always really good as well. But yesterday (10/14/2023) I went and had a really bad experience. As soon as I get there I notice two workers, the drive thru girl and the guy are chillin talking on a table. I was like I guess it’s slow and didn’t think anything of it. I proceed to go to the drive thru window. And I’m there literally 10-15 minutes and nothing. I keep saying hello on the speaker and don’t get a response. Mean while a line forms behind me and some people even end up leaving. Then a kitchen lady opens the door and notices the line and finally the girl and guy stop their date and actually get to work. I get to the window and instead of getting my drinks ready they both just keep talking. The girl hands over my food and I remind her that I’m still missing my drinks. Typically with the other girl that works there you are in and out. These new love birds can’t seem to...

I love this place for quick, flavorful Tex-Mex. I’ve been to two different locations since moving to Hurst and my friend recommended the nachos with chicken “todos”. I’ve been hooked ever since. This last visit was the first time ever being inside one of the locations (N. Beach Street) and I really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful, the space was clean and organized, and I even enjoyed the selection of Mexican novelties and bought a bag of mini empanadas while I was there. They have a small area next to the fountain drinks with fresh chopped cilantro, onions, pico de gallo, and salsas which are very good. I like the fact that they fry their chips in house so they’re not served stale. I’ve never met the owner, but my best friend went to high school with him and they played football together. I never would’ve known about this place if not for that. I can’t wait to return for another great...

I’ve tried giving this place so many opportunities. I have had so many bad orders from them, and enough is enough. When my Spanish speaking boyfriend goes through the drive-through and orders food, it comes out full portioned and delicious. When I order food and even go so far as to ask for something like extra beans, and pay for the extra (which he has never had to do), I’m still given skimpy portions. I’ll never give them business again. I’ve been given portions like this every single time I have gone and ordered myself. It’s no longer just a “bad day” or freak coincidence. It’s deliberate. In addition to the pitiful amount of beans after paying for extra, it should be noted that the potatoes are underdone. My advice is make sure you order in Spanish only if you want decent service / food.
