When I ordered my 8 piece family meal, I noticed there was a better deal that I could’ve got. When I Tried to have the people at the drive-thr fix it they told me they could not cancel or fix my order. I had to do it online or over the phone after that i got the worst service ever from people on the phone from another country, I was told they cannot fix my order or cancel it after I waited at the restaurant for 45 mins. I was told that they cannot adjust or refund my money back due to the manager at the restaurant put it in their system that we had received the food. They Didn’t even give us what the meal comes with 2 breasts 2 thighs 2 legs and 2 wings. I think the people that works there keep the breast and gave me 4 small pieces of what looks like thighs as you can see that are the size of the hot sauce packet. The biscuits were hard as a rock and the way they packaged our mashed potatoes and corn was unprofessional for being a multi million dollar business. I was told that if I needed to get this resolved, I need to wait for corporate to email me or call me back which never did. Also, the food did not have any flavor at all not the same...
Read moreWe ordered online on this store. When we arrived at the time set by the online order, it took few minutes before someone came out. When we asked for our order, another crew came and said you are Mr Juan R? And we said yes. And he said somebody just gor your order.
Well, your order was picked up already by somebody, so I asked, so what happens now? Well, you just have to refund it thru the app. We tried and tried but found no way to refund it on the app. And asked again is there a way for you to help us how to refund it? And he said “I dont know, I dont even have the app on my phone” then I asked him what’s your name? And you are the ? State his name and said Ia am the general manager.
As general manager he should know how to calm down and assist his customers but also there should be a system in place in releasing the orders. Just imagine they just let anybody to pick up an order even without checking if that person is the real one who ordered it?
The general manager said “its the way it is” its out of his control and its the app.
