Salon at Fossil Creek — Local services in Fort Worth

Okay so I went to get my hair done two times by Allysa, the first time she left a lot of orange in my hair, my hair was previously balayaged and I don’t normally pull orange but she said I did... I’m guessing it could be The hair Lightner she is using telling me that she goes to Sally’s which is not professional in my eyes. If it’s professional why is it open to the public? I went to fix my hair with stuff she told me I could use at home to tone it at our last appointment, some wella stuff from Sally’s. it went really ashy so I went back to her to fix the base color that I was unhappy with. I sent her pictures of the color I wanted which wasn’t impossible I wanted a medium brown with some blonde pops, my hair was a bronde ashy color before. I left the salon with black roots and harsh lines, while she was putting the color on my base she did not section it into fours, or use clips nor did she use foils to separate it so it bled and I have black spots all throughout my hair. I literally want to cry I spent $165 just to leave looking worse than what I did to my hair. I asked for a refund and she refuses saying I had a price limit which I didn’t I asked her how much would it be for the picture I wanted 😭 I can’t believe I spent so much on hair that I want to shave off. And she is being nothing but rude about the whole situation. Never will I go here again. I get paying for the cheap products she used but I think I deserve some of my money back so I can get it fixed else where. I have pictures to show this hot...

I was looking for a hair salon and went on their website to see the accepted walk-ins. All I needed was a haircut. Went in the lady at the counter greeted me, but all the rest didn't greet me. I have been to many Amazing Hair Salons and every time someone walks all the hairstyles greet everyone. Not this one. Anyway, I let her know what I wanted she went to the back to ask to see who was available I guess comes back she said I had no one. She said I can set up an appointment online. Here is my problem don't advertise you except walk-ins. Remove that from the website. For my last two salons I had for many years paid for my services and beauty costs and I know my last hair color and haircut was almost $500. Sadly I have had to move and lose my best stylists. Update, 6 months later with pics:

As always, Hanna P was awesome!! She's my go-to for the past 6 months. She does a great job each time with color (I do different reds) and with cut. Hanna P. colored and cut my hair for the first time this week, and she was amazing!! She was very communicative and thoughtful all while maintaining efficiency. She had great attention to detail, such as being careful to not get any red hair dye on my skin (I've had red hair for years and had come to expect skin dye stains from experiences at other places) + she managed a smooth red color blend despite my excess root growth.

I'll definitely be back to see Hanna P. soon, it was nice finding someone great after moving to the area...
