I went to the store today on 6.19.19. Do NOT give your money to people who dislike you and despise your kind. As African Americans we need to come together and stop supporting businesses that dislike us as a people, but want our money and profit from BLACK hair care. The entire time the Asian man wasnât respectful. I asked âHow are you?â and no reply!
He kept looking me up and down and looking at the cameras for which aisles I was in to make sure I wasnât stealing or leaving the store with anything. I will not support a business that has prejudice towards me and my people, and thinks of us African Americans as thieves and CRIMINALS. I left and decided not to buy anything. Iâd rather buy elsewhere then support these prejudiced small business owners.
You wonât live off of my dollars. Not with that prejudiced attitude. Remember our African American dollars support your business!! Iâll go to the black owned Samantha Kay I see in the comments. Thanks everyone...
Read moreI moved from Houston 3 years ago and live not to close from this beauty supply store. I have come here all of 3 years but now I wonât. Every time, the workers will watch you like you steal. Also, I needed a particular brand of hair and they didnât have the inches I needed but did in a longer inch. There was a $5 difference and I asked if they could just take the difference off, otherwise I would have to drive to Arlington, and they said no. Also, the guy at the counter they will rush you or rather you move out the way for the next customer. I normally donât write reviews, but I just had enough of putting money into beauty supply stores when they really donât like Black people but we are the ones keeping them in business. Not sure why the majority ethnicity that own beauty supply stores look down on Blacks, but this store has run its course with me. Iâd drive to Arlington or neighboring beauty supply stores than buy anything else in this...
Read moreI DONâT RECOMMEND THIS BEAUTY SUPPLY AT ALL!!! First off when we walked in no one asked me and my family if we needed help or noting they just stared at us like we were going to STEAL. THEY DONâT LET YOU OPEN PRODUCTS AND THEY WATCH YOU LIKE YOUR GOING TO STEAL. There was this one lady looking at a mascara and she was right in front on them and they kept yelling at her saying âDONâT OPEN, DONâT OPENâ but she wasnât going to nor trying to. They also talk bad about you in their language as if we donât understand or donât know. Lastly and most importantly once we arrived to the cashier we said âwe are going to open it to look at it and then pay for itâ and they replied âNO YOU CAN NOT OPEN IT ONLY AFTER PAYMENT!â and thatâs when we got mad because we said we were going to pay for it and they kept yelling at us and then they proceeded to SNATCH THE PRODUCT OUT OF OUR HAND!!!!. We were so mad and upset so in conclusion YOU SHOULDNâT...
