This particular Burger King sucks. They wouldn't serve me because I attempted to order something through the drive-thru. So apparently there are some Unwritten rule or some rule that somebody made up perhaps this woman if I could be so bold to even call her that decided that only people that drive thru in vehicles what's more than two wheels that include an engine are qualified to be served. I assumed that a drive-through is a drive-through and what sense would it make me not to serve a customer at drive-thru weather be on HUB bicycle a car a moped a skateboard roller skates an imaginary car full of clowns I drive through the drive-through and from what I understood the reason why the drive-thru is open later than the store was to one save money and to keep the employees inside see during the later hours of operation. But just like any person on this planet or any business on this planet they can make up their own rules that make as a little sense as possible so Burger King well B boycotted from me from now on and I will spread the word. Goodbye forever. Not to mention the fact that their quality of their food has actually gone down I mean flame-broiled means flame-broiled not burgers with grill marks burned into them at the factory and microwaved at the store to fool people into believing that they actually work in these places like they used to do back in the day. There's very little work that goes on but a lot of deception and the sale of food that is just as nutritious for the human body as eating a piece of Roadkill. Actually the Roadkill is probably more nutritious considering that it's...
Read moreThe person in charge (no name tag) was not very friendly from the beginning as I asked her how she was doing and I got no response. I then put in my order and when I got to the drink part I asked her what flavors of soda did they have since they fill the soda's at the machine that's behind the counter by the drive thru (the one in the lobby is shutdown to protect the public) and I cannot see the flavor icons on it. I couldn't understand her response so I asked again, she repeated "all coke products". I asked again, what flavors and she said again "all coke products", I then asked again and she her voice raised and said real snotty "ALL COKE PRODUCTS". I was taken aback and said listen, if I knew what the coke products were and I could see what you have I would not be asking you what flavors you have. She looked at me and said with attitude again "All coke products". I just told her to just give me the coke since I'm forced to get that since I don't know what the coke products are and you won't tell me the brands or flavors. To top it off after literally going down the street, the food was cold. The bread was cold and the guts was luke warm, the fries were luke warm also. Sorry about the rambling on but this person needs a new...
Read moreVery bad customer service. Visited this Burger King location twice.
On my first visit I was told by an employee named Shay that the restroom is out of order so I left without buying any food because it was pointless to buy my lunch there if I couldn’t use the restroom prior to eating.
On my second visit, I saw some people exiting the rest room. I asked right away “is the rest out of order?” and I was told by a young man who is the cashier that it is unavailable. My next decision was to buy something. Immediately after saying I wanted to buy something he said, the restroom is available now.
I asked Shay, “why didn’t you tell me I had to buy something the last time I was here so I can get access to the restroom?” She proceeded to say that “every single time you come here you ask to use the restroom and I tell you the same thing”.
Shay openly lied to my face, other customers and co-workers, whilst I pleaded that what she is saying it not true. Basically suggesting I’m a liar or simple crazy.
Very bad customer service, she should...
