Duck Donuts — Restaurant in Hamilton Township

I'm here right now to pick up an order that was supposed to be ready for 3pm. Upon arrival all 3 employees were hanging out towards the back, chatting away and didn't even look up from their conversation. There's no one here except us and after about two minutes I decided to interrupt their conversation and announce that I am here for an order pick up for 3pm. They walk over and look completely confused, finally read the receipt for my order for pickup and tell me they didn't see it until now. at which point one of the kids literally said "oh ... we didn't see it... that's our bad" and chuckles at their error. Nevermind that I am pressed for time and the lame apology was more offensive than if they had just kept quiet. Clearly unbothered by their mistake, if anything they seem annoyed that I walked in and spent almost 50 bucks interrupting their little chat. The girl immediately gets started to fry the dough. It's 3:10 and thankfully in walks in Haley who rushed over to help Rob who is diligently decorating my doughnuts. The other two employees disappeared. So to sum up ... It's 3:24pm on Monday I am still waiting for an order that they just only noticed and started after I walked in... during their conversation. That was supposed to be ready almost 30 minutes ago. I'm sure the doughnuts will be delicious, they are for a bunch of hungry little soccer players but I will definitely think twice before I deal with the customer service from this store again. I'm grateful for Haley who came in to rescue Rob but this store is not going to be high on my list for the next time I order something special...

I will never visit this Duck Donuts ever again. We stopped in Saturday late morning and again we were the only customers there. I order 6 donuts and an order of the special donuts holes- 10 count. I got the box of donuts and told the guy I also ordered the donut holes. He said they were coming. He never bothered to mention to me that they needed to make the batter, cook them and decorate them. I was waiting and noticed the girl was making the batter still and after 15 plus minutes I asked about my order and he said ( not sure if he was the owner or manager) they take time because they are made to order??? I have been to several other duck donuts and NEVER had to wait this long. I finally told him that I couldn’t wait any longer and asked for a refund. This was the worst experience ever. This was my second time there and service was almost as bad the first time ! Never again . The owner /manager could...

I’ve been here a handful of times, but today will be my last. Was there at around 6:15-6:30pm on 6/24. The store was clean, but the service? Could’ve been better. Nice staff, but they almost seemed.. robotic? Almost as if they didn’t want to be there. My biggest issue? Just a few minutes ago, I took a bite of my blueberry pancake donut.. as I went to take it away from my mouth after the bite, a huge hair wrapped around my lips.. it literally got stuck in between my front teeth (the hair on my middle finger is what I pulled out from in between my teeth. the hair on my index finger/palm is the other section that I broke off while trying to pull it ALL out...
