Masala Magic Halal take-out only — Restaurant in Hamilton Township

It wasn’t easy to order from this place (it wasn’t open during it’s posted hours when I was hungry — but of course there was a big snowstorm last weekend). Regardless, I was able to DoorDash it on Super Bowl Sunday around 4. The food was very good. The only quibble and what kept it from being 5-star was the paneer in the Paneer Butter Masala was very hard. The garlic naan and baked paneer croissant were quite good.

The interesting thing is that the place is located at one end of a gas station (used to be a not-so-good pizza place) right off exit 305 of I-80. Didn’t bother me but if you have trouble finding it...

Had a takeout order of Chicken Tikka Masala and an additional order of Samosas. The meal was delicious on top of being affordable! The owner operator is a great cook and if you're looking for authentic Indian cuisine at a price that's easy to swallow this is the place for you.

Although the menu is sparse its to be expected during these times however I can't wait to have some of the other dishes offered in future. This place is a must for visitors and locals alike. A great plus is the food is Halal, that's permissible for Muslims to have.

I love this place. The best freshly cooked Halal food in town. The food is really delicious. The owner is very nice and polite guy. If you have a problem with anything just let him know he will make it right for you. I can wait the Covid-19 situation to get better so I can eat there all the time. Don't be afraid to try different food- everything is delicious. Meat lovers will get their taste buds adjusted--you tell the chef what you want, he will make it for you. Really-- amazing place with amazing chef. I will surely, God Willing, eat there...
