This is 9:30 pm, Google says they're open until 11pm but the store sign and manager say 10pm. That's fine. At 9:40 the manager finally realized I was standing at the counter because he was too busy watching music videos. I went to pay cash and the manager says "I'm closing the store, credit only (because he didn't want to recount cash deposit, put it in the system again, and do his job.) 9:45 my food is ready, I go to sit down, he walks from around the counter, stands at the front door and says "have a good night, buddy." and pretty much ushers me out of the store. The ironic thing is, this clown is in charge. Oh and since this is a good place . . . He also made my order wrong, go figure. 9:53 sitting in my car I realize this and pull around to the drive-through because he already locked the doors of course and he stared at me through the windows until I threw my hands up in frustration at this point (mind you, they are still open!) and I asked if I paid for the extra item I requested and he said no, that he didn't hear me ask for it even though we literally had a conversation about the price difference. What's worse is the guy probably owns the place and nothing will ever be done about how terrible he is. One would want to be angry, but then you realize the misery his family must go through interacting with him everyday, and anger...
Read morei’ve had a lot of bad experiences at this dunkin but nothing tops what happened to me yesterday. on the way to my grandfathers funeral, i decided to stop to get something to eat because it was going to be a long day. the drive thru line was long so i parked and went inside. i stood at the counter for almost twenty minutes without being acknowledged, at least five employees made eye contact with me but nobody said a word. finally, this lady doesn’t even come around the counter to speak to me face to face but shouts from the corner behind the counter that “the inside is closed” and i needed to go through the drive thru; however when i originally entered there was a man leaving with coffee and donuts having just been served. i tried to explain to the woman i had already been standing there for twenty minutes and she just screams “WELL I DIDN’T SEE YOU”. at this point i did not have time to get in the line for the drive thru, and i was late to my own grandfather’s funeral. quite possibly one of the worse experiences i’ve ever had at any restuarant. never going to this...
Read moreI pulled up and ordered a drink in the drive thru but innocently forgot to mention to use almond milk (I'm lactose intolerant). So I pull up to the window and apologized that I forgot to mention I needed almond milk. I was met with a look of disgust and was then told "well we already made your drink". As if I HAD to take the drink just because it was made. Taken aback I politely said I understand but I am physically unable to drink cow milk. I was shockingly then scolded like I was a toddler and given instructions for "next time". As a person that works with the public this is my word of advice. The staff needs to have some level of understanding when it comes to food allergies. Although it was my error, I shouldn't be obligated to take a drink and pay for it just because you already made it when there's a food allergy involved. Second, there needs to be a level of professionalism. Never in my life have I been talked down to like a child. I would suggest some further education and teaching regarding soft...
