I usually go to this location in the morning and always had good and pleasant interactions with staff but I went yesterday around 9:20pm and the cashier taking my order at the drive thru was very rude, nasty tone of voice and extremely impatient. She was rushing me..talking over me and gave me attitude when I didn't tell her what kind of drink I wanted fast enough...she wouldn't even let me get the words out before snapping at me. When I drove around to pay she rolled her eyes and continued speaking rudely at which point I treated her the same way she was treating me and the "manager" leans out the window and gets in my face and tells me not to speak to her that way at which point we get into a full out screaming match because he didn't care how she spoke to me and didn't even try to listen.. he just defended her without getting any facts and got extremely aggressive with me. So aggressive that the other cashiers tried to block him and were apologizing to me for the behavior of the other cashier and manager. They should both be fired. I understand it's just McDonald's but they think its ok to be rude to the customer but don't like it when the customer gets rude back. The manager doesn't have an ounce of managerial skills.. Ended up with no sauce but yet was on receipt. And also the whole orange juice ordeal. I wanted 1 medium orange that cans with a meal and 2 additional larges. At the window I spoke very clearly like speaking to 6 year old daughter” I want 3 orange juices total. Pulling away from drive thru after being told have s great day I realized I only had a large and a medium orange juice, Looked at receipt and 3 large orange juices for $7.77. Good god I thought. Should have bought a gallon at acme and had change. I went inside and and showed my 2 orange juices(large and medium). Got 2 additional orange juices and that’s that. The first question the person asks at the drive thru is will you be using the mobile app to which I answered yes and gave my code. The girl on the other end says hold on and a man comes on to ask me for the code again. It's only 4 digits how can you get it wrong or not get it when I say it. I proceed to tell him it doesn't allow me to give the code again because I used one and have to wait 15 minutes for another one. So I give him the code I gave her which isn't valid anymore, needless to sat they send me to the first window and the guy there asks what I ordered and I tell him nothing and explain what happened. The first guy didn't understand me and I had to say the same thing over and over then when I couldn't get what I wanted I just got nothing. That was my trip...
