McDonald's — Restaurant in Hamilton Township

Perhaps one of the consistently bad/horrible McDonald's I've been to. The Mc D's down the street on Cass is so much better.. I just use this one on Broad since it's on my way home. First and foremost is that attitude of the staff. In the drive thru are angry people who clearly don't want to do their job and take it out on the customer. They don't talk to you...even when you say thank you. It often feels like they feel bothered by having to do their job. This has been far worse in the Summer. I've complained several times to management, with no change. I ordered a cheeseburger. The roll was stale and showed what areas near the staleness...hard as a rock and broke away as you are. Cheese not melted at all and meat not sufficiently cooked. I threw it away. Small fries-litterally counted 12!! Really? Another time ordered 2 cheeseburgers...got 3 and was charged for 4. Hire people who know how to deal with people and how to cook a burger..it's not rocket science. I see a new MCDS is being built on Chambers. By far the consistently worst MCDS I've...

This McDonald's is the worse. Everytime we come here it amazes me how rude, and uneducated they get every time. One time, we waited at the speaker for 10 minutes. The guy told me to wait, and so I did. Ten minutes later he comes back. Today, they gave us the wrong order, and then argued that it was correct even though it stated on the receipt what the correct order was. This was not resolved until the manager came out and told them herself that the order was wrong. We then had to wait an additional 10 minutes to get the food we paid for. Not only that, but when my mother was checking the bag to see if the order was correct, before she figured out the order was wrong, she opened the container and touched the food. Now that we handed it back to have an argument with the staff for 10 minutes about the order being wrong and us having to PROVE what we ordered, they gave the food that my mother touched to the correct people. Not only are they rude but unsanitary. I've tried my hardest to keep my patience with this McDonald's but it...

They change their system. When you go in people are walking around about working the registers do you have to place your order on a computer screen which is very confusing to many people. I had to request them to open up a register to place my order while couple older than they walked out and said they never going to McDonald's again the two women in charge or busy and looking up books to order clothing for McDonald's gear. As they left they said they never going to McDonald's again. I will not go to that McDonald's again. If I can find a way to Pace that picture of them looking at their catalogs I would. I think it's a disgusting place to order food and eat at. So avoid this McDonald's and go to any other McDonald's if you like McDonald's. I switched the Burger King and Taco Bell. NO, McDonald's for me...
