Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Hamilton Township

Very disappointing. I have been going to this location since it opened almost once a week. I’ve never been impressed with its awful service but today I walked in and the servers looked at me and ignored me. No greeting, Nothing. I sat myself in the closest booth to the door. Aprox ten min went by before the servers came out to check on the two tables that were occupied and I was yet again ignored. When one server came out on her second trip to the floor she came over and asked me if I was dinning in. I told her yes. She proceeded to tell me, “ok, well people who are dining in are supposed to wait to be seated but you sat yourself and you sat yourself at a dirty table. I need to move you before I can give you a menu.” She moves me and takes my order since I already knew what I want. When she went to the back she told the staff how I just sat myself and for the next five minutes I listen to them banter on about, “didn’t she read the sign?” And the insults continued. The two occupied tables were looking at me as the crew in the back became louder as the staff started saying things like, “what is wrong with her?” I WALKED OUT. THEY DO NOT DESERVE THE ONE STAR I WAS FORCED TO GIVE TO MAKE THIS REVIEW. Hire better people. Teach them that people sit when they eat and expect to be greeted when they walk into an...

Oh boy... We never had such bad feeling in the stomach for a looooong time. After we ate the pizza a feeling of though up..... Oh boy..... I don't think ppl izza hunt is the same as 20 years ago when I first tried.... The dough is soggy and cheese looks nice but taste like mostly starches! The bonless chicken taste had some pretty old oil with it ... I think this will be my first and last time try pizza hut in my life time. Pretty sad to find it this way. And it's pricey as well cost same price and size is half of regular pizzaria for a large pie, it looked like a personal pie lololol.

1 star added just for the rep just got put on the phone without getting trained well enough but tried hard to multi tasking on the call. However they cutted my pizza anyway even I said not to.... So yeah, kinda all sort of negative experience in one shot!

Won't recommend. Go for whole food for really nice pizza instead I would highly recommend. ( Well, they got their quirky stuff too just not the bad as making us having upset stomach after eating)

Hope they can improve their quality of pizza and service accuracy...

I do not leave negative reviews generally ever and have in the past had very positive experiences, but the past few times I’ve ordered (on weekends) it’s been a negative experience. We generally order just plain pan pizza, pretty simple, and we always order over an hour before closing to not inconvenience workers. We’re students who get out of classes late so our eating schedule is a bit off. Unfortunately, last time we received a pizza that was half jalapeño. We figured we received the wrong order somehow, but the jalapeño side wasn’t even cooked properly so we could not eat it. And today we received a pizza where the order was correct but it was clearly microwaved or reheated badly. Both times, by the time we returned home the store was closing and we would not be able to order something else. We’re starting to think we will have to drive an extra 20 minutes out of the way because of the quality going so downhill unfortunately. Hopefully these were just outliers but until it changes I don’t know how I feel...
