Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Hamilton Township

I ordered off Grubhub and for some reason it picked this location which is pretty far from me and I wouldn’t have gotten a driver. I tried to contact Grubhub about canceling and they refused so I called the store, the gentleman I spoke to was very nice and respectful and tried to help me.. then the manager got on the phone and she was very rude, I felt bad because I do understand they lose the money but it genuinely wasn’t my fault. She didn’t need to be rude about it. She kept being snappy and arrogant about “loosing the $15” and I kept apologizing because I felt so bad. I then Called back to apologize again and I didn’t even get the chance to say anything and she goes “I already cancelled your order” like jeez lady. Amazing SELECTION of not only ICE FLAVORS but CUSTARDS. There’s not ANY Rita’s that has THIS MANY FLAVORS AS THIS LOCATION. The Back IS NEAT AND ORGANIZED. THE STAFF is FRIENDLY and KNOWLEDGEABLE. They moved to a new location within independence plaza not too long ago. It was a great decision because now the store is next to all my other favorite stores. Their custard ice cream is creamy, fluffy, and addicting! I went during a day when it was raining and they had a buy one get one free special going on.
