This was be my FINAL update. I wanted to thank all the baristas that work so diligently to provide us coffee here. Everything seems under control and the consistency in the coffee has returned. It is a busy area and this location has MAJORLY improved in 2025. Thank you Jose for getting over our prior hurdle. To new beginnings 🥂
Special THANKS to the Manager at this location. He’s very experienced you can tell.. and has the ability himself to construct a BANGIN brew. Leading by example 🔥
And it wouldn’t be a FINAL update if I didn’t give a special THANKS to the female barista who brews my coffee before I even pay for my order 🥹 you are wonderful Miss.
And to the two women at this location who wear masks. They have been there since inception. Always made my coffee correct before any of these reviews.
CONGRATULATIONS!🍾 5/5 🌟

A Barista there blends my coffee before I even pay for my order. That’s absolutely next level. It’s happened a few times, and if you’re reading this, minor considerations frequently possess a far greater resonance than anticipated… and to be considerate like that is very underrated. You’re awesome 😎 Review updated to 5 ⭐️

I have updated my 1 star rating to 4 star. Lately my coffee has been coming out perfect despite which barista prepares it. That’s a huge improvement and it’s evident that upper management have listened to the criticism and along with the guidance of the newly CEO, Starbucks be returning to its roots! Thank you to the all new and former employees for caring about our coffee once more 🔥
7.1.25 UPDATE
Girl in the mask Lindsey is still a hero. Hope I spelled it right. I was able to talk with Mario the distract manager and he’s a gentleman. but what bothered me was when I went on a rant about Starbucks recent performance since and before the newly CEO appointed he was getting annoyed and said his store doesn’t need that negativity and he doesn’t care about other Starbucks out performing this one. He said he didn’t care about how the consumer felt but then quickly rephrased what he meant…. I mean Sir, if the new CEO sat with us in our convo I’m sure he would value every single word I was saying. It’s much easier to close a Starbucks down rather have it exist and deliver poor performance to consumers and bring down the overall name of the brand. Rent is not cheap in the area to have this store up. you cannot afford to constantly piss off residents in this area. Anyways I have seen a recent improvement in all the staff. So cheers to that!

Girl in the mask is a true hero and should be promoted to manager or corporate position
5.26.25 UPDATE
Nothing has changed at this location. Only the girl in the face mask who works there is capable of making the coffee you ordered. There’s this guy Jose who works there and is ruining the name of Starbucks by throwing together whatever he feels like. He doesn’t care and should be let go.
Original review:
1 or 2 employees here are decent but everyone else seems to be incapable of making a coffee 😂 whoever the new manager is needs to be fired b/c she’s not doing a good job either. I didn’t know it was rocket science to blend vanilla syrup, sweet cream, and cold...
Read moreI've been here several times before, and the service has never been stellar (it's on my way to work), but today was absolutely deplorable. The 1st red flag was when placing my order at the drivethrough, the young lady (Shamiah I believe) kept over talking me, as she was rushed, and took way too long to get my modifications right (I mean, mods are why we come to StarB in the first place right). When I got to the window, after a few moments, she handed me 2 drinks- neither of which had the modifications I asked for and one drink was overflowing. I asked her about the cream and caramel drizzle, which I had paid for by the way, and she stated that the drink didn't come with whipped cream. I reminded her and pointed to the label on the drink to remind her that I requested it, to which she replied, Oh, I'm sorry she must have forgotten, referring to the barista working with her. Moments later, she tried to hand me the same drink, and it continued to overflow. When she realized it, she handed me a couple of napkins. I also noticed her nails were very dirty, which made me uneasy. As I was waiting for the 3 sandwiches I ordered. I felt hard pressed to ask the store to remake my drink and when I Shamiah to do so, she questioned me several times as to why and asked if I wanted to taste my drink first until I sternly said, Just please remake it the way it's supposed to be. She then had someone else come to the window who further questioned what was wrong with the drink and I FURTHER explained that I just wanted to a proper drink that was not overflowing as they passed it through the window. This same person brought my drink back decently made-clearly low on the whipped cream and toppings but no coffee spilling out (and with clean fingernails). The first young lady came back (Shamiah) with my food order, said that the Turkey bacon and egg sandwich I initially ordered was unavailable, and asked if I wanted a sub or refund. I gave her my sub order and waited patiently. When she brought it back I checked the bag and noticed my Turkey pesto sandwich was missing. I waved through the window, and she came back. I told her that the sandwich was missing and then she asked me if I was sure I said yes, it's not in here. Then a SECOND person came over (the one who replaced my drink) and said. Are you sure it's not in there? And I sternly said it's not in the bag. They left the window to confirm my order and when, Shamiah came back, she apologized because she realized it was actually the Turkey pesto sandwiches that they were out of instead of the Turkey bacon sandwich, again blaming the employee making the orders behind her, at which point I just said Thank you and pulled off. I have never been so underserved, disrespected, aggravated, unseen, and misunderstood at a food establishment in My Life (and eating out is my fave thing to do). This place is in a prime location, but its employees have clearly forgotten the prime target, the customer, is why it...
Read moreJust experienced the nastiest rudest staff that I’ve ever encountered at a Starbucks, today is March 24, 2025. I’m absolutely disgusted by the manager, whose name is Nicole who held my refund hostage because I wouldn’t throw my lid away after being asked to take the lid off because I asked for a refund. Now I order the same drink every time that I go to Starbucks if it isn’t right, I hand it back. Tell them that it isn’t right. They remake it as their policy. The young man remade it and it taste like water so instead of wasting more time after being in there from 730 until about 7:45 750 I decided that it would be better to be on time to work, and just ask for a refund. When I asked for the refund Nicole, the manager asked me to remove the lid because she can’t take the lid. I Removed the lid and I sat it down on the counter then she tells me that she needs the card that I purchased the drinks on. I went outside to grab the card I came back in. Nicole has put the lid in front of the register and is telling me that I have to throw it away, and I said do the return and she said to me, you have to throw your lid away because I can’t take your trash, at this point she’s holding my refund hostage. So I had to get loud using a higher level of volume in my voice, and then she did the return. I did not throw the lid away, and I left the store upon exiting. She says to me that I can’t come back to the store and order or at least while she’s there. Nicole needs to either be demoted or removed from the store because she is combative and very rude and disrespectful to the customers that come to Starbucks every day and I go to this one every day because I work two minutes down the road I’ve never had an experience like this I’ve never even seen her in the store I am 100% upset with this transaction and I feel like you guys need to do something about it like immediately because if I were less of a person, I probably would’ve done something very unsavory, but I am a customer service representative who is an administrative assistant I’m doing this instead to inform you of how disgusting and rude and disrespectful Nicole is And also the atmosphere at this Starbucks is very unwelcoming when you go into the store they don’t say hello. They don’t say good morning. They don’t say welcome to Starbucks. It’s pretty disgusting. I feel like higher-ups need...
