I just went through the drive-thru. Got a Venti (Large) Mocha with extra chocolate. Excellent. Their food is a bit pricey so didn't get any. I wish they had inside seating. 4/20. I am editing my review because the last two times I went through the drive-thru I was overcharged. The first time about a week ago..I got a medium Mocha which is usually about $6.39 (they keep changing the prices) and when we pulled up to the window the lady said "that will be $16.00" what? We asked how could it be for one Mocha. They did give me a free mocha and two muffins which was nice but it caused me to go over my credit card limit. They did refund me the money but it went on the card a week later. Then today we went to the same one on Main Streets and again ordered a medium Mocha which was priced a little higher than last time saying it was $6.79. When we pulled around to the window the same guy said "that will be $7.49" what? We said it should be $6.79 and he said "oh..That was the order for another person". Horrible service. Especially being overcharged twice. Something is very wrong. This place is in a weird location and difficult to drive into. There needs to be a lot of improvement here. Not sure if I will go back or I'll go to the High Street...
Read moreHonestly before today I would have given 5 stars, but I just happened to look at my account and noticed the employees there are giving themselves bigger tips than I've authorized. Not once, not twice, but almost everytime I've gone. It's cost me almost $10/day for a coffee. I tried calling the store to speak with a manager but no one answers. 10/15/22 edit Shortly after giving this review I was contacted by a Mgr at Biggby and she apologized for this happening and gave me a free coffee coupon. I have not seen those workers there since and have had no issues. I absolutely love my day time baristas at the high st location. But fyi the new Main St baristas need to get it together! Just got my first coffee this morning and it was HORRIBLE! I def won't ve goimg back to that one because the gentleman they have making the coffees isn't doing a good...
Read moreI usually don't put the effort in to leave bad reviews but I am beyond disappointed! The only reason I ordered from them was that they had decaf options. When I got my order, there was a note saying "decaf machine broke. We put espresso in." I cannot have espresso! I am pregnant and have a high heart already that's being monitored! I had a few sips before even seeing this. Absolutely unacceptable. There are many medical reasons people can't consume that many caffeine. If someone had a stomach ulcer, that could cause a gastrointestinal bleed. They should have called and told me and not just send whatever. Doordash only refunds the cost of the product, not the $5 delivery fee and driver tip so I paid $15 just to throw this...
