Waffle House — Restaurant in Hamilton

Two waitresses and two cooks. Full house, it took 15 minutes to be waited on for a to go order. When I gave the order I ordered two grilled chicken sandwich plates scattered covered and chucked, raw onions no lettuce. I watched the guy cooking and seen that he didn't put ham or cheese in the hash browns. I said something to the waitress and he started throwing things around, taking the tomatoes off the buns and putting the raw onions on the grill table in front of the grill. Then proceeded to put the ham and cheese directly on the grill and then took the hashbrowns from the to go plate putting them back on the grill throwing the food around on his spatula to the floor. Then taking the cheese throwing some in the trash and slopped it back into the plate. I asked the waitress for pickles which she gave me in a to go container. I understand that he was busy but I just wanted to leave by that time which was a half an hour later by the way. Ok the last time we were here we had a server that was HORRIBLE!! We heard the cook say that our order was ready, she walked straight past the cook, food & our table and went to that back room for like 3to5 min. She finally came out grabbed our food & gave it to us. We got our bill and realized that she way over charged us, and when we asked her about she was very rude and unprofessional. So we planned on never going back again! My husband and I decided go back and give it another try on Sunday 12/10/2023! And I am very grateful that we did because we got an awesome server her name was Blair and she was the best! She took our order down and she was on top of everything she kept our drinks full w/o being asked she is the true meaning of a great server & awesome customer service!! The lady who took my order I don't think she knew how to add up the bill I order my phone she said okay meet me at the register while I add it up took ten minutes and the other lady was say can I help you I said I'm waiting on her she took my order and the lady seem to be having trouble so another lady said go to the register and pay then go wait in your car and come back every 10 to 12 minutes and they will remember your face it was seat behind me where I could have set down and waited because they was just extra chairs lined up by the window and she said yeah they told me tell tell you everybody to go wait in the car and I know my bill had to be over 60 dollars because of all the meals I order so I just left because if it was taking her that long to add up my bill I didn't even want to know how long I would have had to wait in my car or how many times I would have to keep coming back in to...
