Wow! What a fantastic place. After living here almost 20 years, we are always searching for great restaurants. I did a fine dining in Hamilton search. Bonilla came up! Wowwww! I can't believe I so missed this wonderful place. My wife and I mer another couple there who are lifelong residents of Montana as well. We all looked online at their diverse menu. I had the Ahi Tuna bowl, fantastic, my wife had the Chicken Avocado Sandwich, fantastic as well. Our friends had the roast beef sandwich and they were raving. We also ordered their amazing Parmesan Crusted fries, wowwww!. Then the waitress, who was super friendly, and great asked about desert. We said no, but she said their Creme Burlee was to die for. Guess what, shecwasn't exaggerating! The 4 of us chatted in the beautiful surroundings for about an hour. Bonilla deserves 100 stars and can't wait to go back again. Prices are very reasonable for exceptional food and service. I...
Read moreBouilla is one of my favorite spots for lunch and dinner. Their menu is unique amongst restaurants in Hamilton. Nearly everything is made from scratch and everything I've ever had is delicious. Their sandwiches (particularly the BLT, and roast beef) are hearty, filling and very yummy. They always have interesting salads. They also have some vegetarian options which is nice.
The decor in the restaurant is lovely, They have many plants in the windows and vines along the ceiling. The way the tables are arranged is comfortable. It's a great atmosphere for lunch or dinner.
Bouilla has a nice variety of beers and wines as well as interesting teas and sodas,
Lastly, the service is excellent. I have never had a complaint about any hostess or wait person at Bouilla.
Bouilla is great for a lunch with friends, or a more dressy dinner. I would recommend Bouilla to anyone. It would be a great place to take...

However, if you are ordering takeout you may not be treated so kindly, especially if you have questions about their menu (which surprisingly is not up to date on their website). I realize that the restaurant was busy, but I had indicated I was okay with a 30-40 minute pickup time. However, when I asked a question about their bowls (a response to the question the woman on the phone asked me — sandwich or bowl) I was curtly told that they were very busy and I could find a copy of their up to date menu on Facebook only. Woof — not exactly the right response when you are in the service industry. If you don’t want to take phone orders… just be up front about it. Or, just maintain your menu on your website. (Or better yet, just be polite...
