KFC — Restaurant in Hamilton

Placed an online order, my stepdad went through the drive through to pick it up and didn't have time to check for everything and came home with things missing. He went back to tell them he was missing 2 orders of fries, mac and cheese and there were no biscuits with the family order. For the mashed potatoes, she gave us a half spoon full with a splash of gravy. Racist old lady said to contact doordash and kept ignoring him until he said he placed the order online. She said that they didn't have those things because the delivery truck messed up the delivery, said only option was to contact kfc corporate. We later contacted them and NEVER received a reply or anything. He finally parked the car and went inside to talk to her and she ran into the office scared. Luckily a nice male worker gave us EVERYTHING that was missing and even a free side. She should be ashamed of herself for talking to people in that matter, if you don't like your job sweetheart then work somewhere else. NEVER coming back to this place and I hope it...

Awful service. I started in the drive thru to grab a quick bite for my kids and I. The male on the speaker was clearly not paying attention. I was so frustrated I finally looked at my son and asked him if I was speaking English. A woman came over the speaker and appologized making an excuse that their system is old. I went inside with my two children and ordered. Same poor service. The boy that yelled our order.. my so looked over at him and the kid said "yeah, this is you guys!" My son ordered a five dollar fill up box... They did not put his side or cookie on the tray.. I went back up and the said what I was missing and the cashier looked at me and said "was that all you were missing" no appology.. no smile.. I had to go back up for sauces.. Needless to say we will never be back...

On multiple occasions I or someone i know who isn’t white, always has a hard time getting service (clear racism), ikr if my good friends just went with her family (mexicans, stepdad has an accent but it’s not too heavy i can understand him perfectly fine.) he had to go back because half the order was missing. And the worker who had taken their order had asked him to repeat several times, he did and she acted like she didn’t know what he was saying. then my friend (no accent what so ever) told her and she then said “we don’t have the food You want”. it could’ve been like that from the start instead of taking almost...
