Starbucks — Restaurant in Hamilton

This is the worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. We have been here during Miami move in, orientation, parent weekend and sorority/fraternity parent weekend and there has never been an issue. This year, they’ve decided not to make the mobile orders….they take the mobile order, but then you must wait in the drive through lane before they take the order and actually make it. Or if you go inside to pick up your mobile order, you wait for all of the customers in the drive through. As I type this review I am sitting about 10 cars back and my mobile pick up was supposed to be completed TWENTY minutes ago. Yes, I went inside while my husband stayed in the drive through to check to see if it was ready. So in total, I ordered 30 minutes ago. They do not order enough product for the volume of customers served either. I ordered at 10:50am and they were out of most food items. By the late afternoon, out of drinks as well. Warmed food was stale and cold. And what is left in the case to choose from, they are actually out of. Whoever runs the store here is clearly inexperienced. The college kids in Oxford do a better job, avoid...

First time here (In Hamilton). The last time I was at Starbucks was when I lived in Seattle. I went to the Original one in Pike Place Market. Nothing much has changed, but it wasn't quite as inviting or cozy as the ones in Washington State. I loved going in those because they had the Fireplaces that invited you to stay and talk. Back then cell phones weren't as popular, so people actually talked to you or started conversations. The menu in Hamilton was a lot simpler which I liked. The Baristas were very nice and made some suggestions. I went for the Iced Mocha Caramel Frappuccino and it was delicious! They put a Ton of whip cream and drizzle on it too. I will definitely try that again next week. I usually go to Bigbys, but might start coming here from now on. Just wish going out for espresso wasn't so expensive. Wish they had more selection of breakfast items but that's okay. Had it inside for take out so didn't sir down, but wish it was more cozy and inviting like True West Coffee on Main Street. Nice location, very friendly staff. Unfortunately, my first experience here wasn't great. I ordered two Bacon, Gouda & Egg Sandwiches, a small Blonde roast cofee and a large Blonde Vanilla Latte for my fiance' , requesting the latter be made to child-like temperature. Everything but the latte showed up within five minutes of placing our order. However, The blonde vanilla latte took almost forty minutes to receive.

Upon entering there were about 6 other customers at the counter ordering or waiting for their orders. But by 15 minutes after our order, there were very few or no customers at the counter.
