TropiCool Shaved Ice — Restaurant in Hamilton

This place is one of a kind ! Especially when it’s hot and you want to cool off with something refreshing but ice cream is too heavy.. this is a go to ! It’s an easy drive thru to get to . Always greeted with a welcomed smile . There’s sooo many flavors to choose from it’s almost overwhelming! I’ve never seen so many options of flavors ! It’s great !! There’s a flavor for everyone ! As if this place isn’t great enough , I came through today and experienced AMAZING customer service. I’m still in awe and so appreciative! I was next in line ( line goes quick by the way , looks can be deceiving) and my tire was completely flat.. on the rim . I drove out of line ( I didn’t want to hold up the line or get stuck there ) and pulled in a parking spot . I started to get my spare out along with the tools my car came with but had no idea what I was doing . I made many calls for help with no luck. However I did not give up . Then came Brian ( he and his wife run thee shaved ice ) he walked over and said I was going to learn how to change a tire today ! He went above and beyond. He walked me through step by step as I watched . Mind you this was during rush hour . He stepped away to help a customer with a tire ! His wife held down the fort and got the current customers taken care of in a great timely manner. That right there says so much in my eyes ! We love going here and look forward to it each visit but after today and my personal experience, it makes it that much more enjoyable. To know that we aren’t just “money” to them . I recently just moved to Butler County and I was really craving a snow cone. I absolutely love them and satisfies my ice craving. The cantaloupe flavor was pretty good. I am very happy. Tried to support Tropicool but after driving around for 15 minutes to check everywhere near the UDF parking lot as described, we just could not find the place. Called the phone number listed and no one answered. We assumed they were not open even though it was during their published business hours (Monday at ~5pm) or they might be closed...
