Food was fine but they are slow and staff seemed unenthusiastic and not so friendly. I get that not everyone is going to be jumping up and down with enthusiasm to work a minimum wage job but I had to work those same kinds of jobs when I was younger and I smiled and was friendly. Heck, I was 30 before my education finally started to really pay off so I put in more than my fair share of time at food service and hotel chains as well as retail. I know it ain't easy sometimes that doesn't mean you get to be dry and unpleasant. I also don't get why this particular Hardee's store seems slower than others.They don't have that much of a crowd to justify the snail's pace of the drivethrough. I actually had an experience late last year where I waited without service at the drivethrough speaker so long that I gave up and went across the street to BK. Nobody was ahead of me. I called out to the order taker to see if maybe they were unaware of me or the speakers were down. When she barked out for me to wait without apologizing for the fact that I had already been sitting there at least 7 minutes (which is like a year at a fast food drive through with nobody in front of you) I took off. Today was not that bad but still slow and when I got to the window, the person at the window just sat there with her head down texting until she got good and ready to look up. Read moreDo not stop and order food at this Hardee's location, I tried the drive through service and was told to pull around to the front and someone would bring my order out. There were 2 other cars ahead of me already waiting, so we waited and waited and waited some more . Now I had 2 cars behind me waiting.I finally got out and went in and asked about my order, they checked 5 orders sitting on the counter, found it and gave to me. By this time the other people were getting out and coming in and complaining about the service. I left and will never go back to this location. My chicken sandwich was cold and very greasy. We set in line for quite sometime before even placing our order; just to be asked to pull forward and they would bring it out.. okay fine.. Well 13 minutes later no food no employee!! I enter the restaurant to find ALL employees in a circle laughing and talking! Soon as I open the door ! I hear’ oh no your forgot her food!! Yes I was pissed! Yes I got a refund! And crazy enough!
