Best wings in town hands down!!!!!!! Speedy fast service. Our server Gabby was very attentive to our dining needs. Also learned that Gabby is married n has another grown man living at their house that goes by the name Dallas. Dallas is a long distance trucker during the Summer months n does plant work in the fall. This is just part time for Gabby as she does dentistry full time n has her own practice. Gabby has come a long way from her days of working at the Mansion n her family is so proud of the progress she has made. Gabby was kidnapped by Vietnamese immigrants when she was 5 n sold into a sex slavery ring until the age of 10 when she escaped about a Russian fishing charter n was returned to her parents. She is truly an Inspiration to us all. Gabby did a book tour for 2 years promoting her autobiography “Growing Up Gabby”. Gabby has advocated for women’s rights across the country passing many laws concerning women’s rights while she was serving 3 years in the US senate. Gabby’s biggest accomplishment was passing the women’s rights bill “Don’t Wear Em If Ya Dont Want To” which enabled women to go commando any time they wanted to without fearing repercussions from their husbands, boyfriends or the Amazon driver. Gabby is an inspiration to women all across the country. I also feel I would be dismissive if I didn’t mention her time in the armed services Special OPs division of our American military. Gabby was instrumental in the tracking down n eventual capture of Bin Laden. During her 6 year military stint Gabby’s earned a total of 5 Purple Hearts, 2 bronze stars, 4 navy crosses n 1 silver star. I’m not gonna lie, as I wrote this review tears come to my eyes as I think of all of Gabby’s accomplishments n things she’s down for not only women n the military but for America in general. The world needs more Gabby’s in it n dammit as long as gabby is a server at Coop DeVille Wings in Hammond America I will proudly n without reservation continue to visit this establishment n support it in any way I can. An email was sent before writing a review and no response. My family and I have been coming to Coop Deville for years. My family now lives in Folsom and we travel to eat here often. I'm not going to say the restaurant food sucks because it does not. The sauces are amazing. The portions are questionable for the price but hey, we are in a recession. Here is why we will not be coming back. When we walked in, their were a couple regulars (I assume because all the staff kept talking to them) and a manager or the possible owner sitting with them yelling curse words, one being the word f*, throughout the entire restaurant. I was with my 11 and 2 year old. We let it slide because people get angry during sports. The server was super sweet and equally frustrated at the next set of events. We set down and ordered our drinks, a diet coke and two draft beers. They were out of diet coke and the draft beer cooler kept pouring foam. We ended up ordering bottle beers. The beers were warm but we drank it and received a cold glass. We then proceed to food. We ordered all our food only to be informed ten minutes later they were out of nearly everything we ordered, from the sauce to the sides. We changed our sides and sauces no problem. Fifteen minutes later, we were told that they were out of the other side we ordered. In our annoyance, we told the server to just give us our checks and we will go elsewhere. This is no fault to the server as I saw her after the second "we are out of" start rummaging through the freezer to make sure they were out before coming to the table. I genuinely felt bad for her. Poor management is all I will have to say. We have no plans on returning which is such a bummer because we have enjoyed their food previously before. Always been a fan of their wings. They have some of the best flavors around. I stopped going to them for a while, because their service was subpar at best. After a year or so o gave them another chance, and to my surprise the service was great. However, since they have moved to a new location their back to subpar service if I can even say that much. First time on there my server briught my order out, and walked away. I realized what my order was missing, a d had to wait 10 mins for another server to realize I was waiting on something. She attempts to fix it, but she finds out that they are out of it. Which isnt a big problem, but I expect my server to make me aware of that. Nothing they can do to fix that, but they should make their customer aware of that. Next time I attempt to order out. I get placed on hold for 20 minutes. I was already driving there, and showed up before anyone took my order. I get there, and decide that I will just eat in. Come to find out the hours on there website is wrong. I get there at 9:00 thinking I still have an hour to eat. I was wrong. The website says 10pm however, the workers say that is incorrect. I will be taking a break from eating there again, and hopefully allow them to get better servers in there, because they have great wings, but the service I've received lately makes it...
