Worst experience I've ever had at a popeye's chicken very disappointed. Wife placed order through app I walked in front door instead of drive thru figured it would be easier on staff and not tie up their window, after waiting a minute at counter drive thru worker approaches me and tells me someone will help me in a minute after waiting a couple of minutes I watch same employee steal some fries for herself then reproach me telling me now counter is closed if I want to order I have to go through drive in I let her know the order was already placed and she is adamant that I need to go through drive thru, I go through drive thur tell her the name of order at box she doesn't respond I ask if I should pull up and she angrily says she already told me to, I get to window she asks me name of order again meaning she wasn't listening to begin with she tells me to pull up and wait for order since my wife placed order I was not sure what I was getting but turn out they forgot the biscuits my daughter ordered a regular chicken sandwich got a super spicy one she couldn't eat it to much sauce on it the chicken is dry like it's been in the heat lamp for hours waste of an app if it doesn't save time waste of a store if employees do not want to work for their money never eating there again. Read moreThis store only received one star as I had to choose a star. I went and purchased 73 dollars worth of food tonight 12/12/2022 and had a HORRIBLE experience. The manager was EXTREMELY rude just because it was a big order. Then I specifically asked for mild tenders because it was for my children to eat and they gave me Luke warm tenders no longer than your ring finger some were spicy and some tenders were so hard like a weird hard, not a cold hard texture, that you couldn't eat them I ordered. I also ordered 2- 4 pc chicken MILD and was given spicy!!! Some of us can't have spicy food. The fries in a couple of the boxes were thrown in the box with the fry paper just laid on top with 7 fries in the box!!! I did not spend close to 100 dollars to be treated this way nor have my families suppers ruined!!! I tried calling back to complain because I was to close to home to turn around. But nobody answered the phone. I have proof on my phone and my transaction history on my card for my purchase as we did not receive any receipt of course!!! Read moreThere's two Popeye's about 1 mile from each other. I usually order from drive thru until the option of ordering ahead from the app became available last year. When I drove up to the drive thru speaker, I was informed that they didn't get or have my order. So now I'm aggravated bc $35 was already taken out of my account. The Manager came to the window and asked for me to come inside so that we can "figure this out". I was thinking- use the app, pull up, get my food and gone, no...it wasn't the case- about 30 mins. I was aggravated at first... but it dissapeared within a minute of entering the lobby when I was greeted by the Manager- Ms Sharon who apologized for the mishap... this was new to them and I was their very first online/ app order. While I waited, she gave me a large free drink cup for while I wait. My order was perfect and the way Ms Sharon handled it was even better. And now, every time I pull up to the speaker, if she's there, she'll greet me w a "Hey Mr Mike!! How are you" And I always tell Ms Sharon, "much better just hearing your voice Ms Sharon!!"
