Geaux Philly — Restaurant in Hammond

I ordered the chicken Philly (added mayo & mushrooms) for pickup and used the drive thru window, which was convenient. I did have a bit of a wait, which is expected and understandable since they just opened. I was helped by the owner, Rayna (sp?), who made sure my food was hot, fresh, and exactly how I wanted it. She was so sweet and humble, the kind of service that makes a difference and makes you want to return. The sandwich was so good. I stopped in and they weren’t officially opened but allowed me to try their Nashville Fried Chicken and it was amazing. The food is better than they were before. I can wait until they officially open Thursday because I’m getting chicken and trying some of their amazing desserts and I want a frozen strawberry lemonade. Also I will be there in the weekend because they’re going to have breakfast! The menu looks amazing and it’s cute and i feel comfy eating there. Definitely worth stopping back in. Food… Perfect … Dubai Cheesecake was absolutely amazing and which made it better I don’t eat it, most definitely the best cheesecake i’ve ever tried. We also tried The Honey BBQ wings and Nashville Hot Chicken Tenders were good as well 10/10 they’re kind of spicy which was expected lol overall good. We had the Italian Ice Soda, the strawberry tastes like strawberry soda my favorite was the passion fruit. Customer service was A1, cheesecake was given due to our wait which wasn’t even a long time! Definitely will be back, thank you guys...
