Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Hammond

My family orders from this location atleast twice a week. Its always something though; either we call and get hung up on or the order is wrong. Which I don't understand why because we order the same thing every week. So tonight 11.28.15 the delivery guy shows up with the pizza and tells me $28 dollars and I'm like no I ordered two mediums; any toppings for 6.99 per pizza which my total was suppose to be around $18 with all taxes and charges. So we call; they tell me to come up there and I say no thats the reason I had delivery so that I wouldn't have to leave my home. The young an puts me on hold but doesn't mute the phone which was unprofessional. Any how I waited to speak with the manager and she fixed it and spoke with driver. Then to open the pizza and it was the wrong order...smh I understand that places get busy but there needs to be some better professionalism, order and customer...

Okay so we order Pizza almost every Saturday for the business employees and for the most part Pizza Hut is AWESOME. However, on 11-28-2015 we ordered 5 large pizza's and 4 of them were perfect but the Ultimate Meat Pizza we ordered we had them add spinach and red peppers and black olives, what we got was green peppers and black olives but the spinach was added after it came from the oven so it wasn't cooked which looked very strange. Now I like spinach but when we called them back to just explain that the green peppers should have been red and the spinach was not cooked the "Manager" said and I quote " Well people make mistakes and we don't cook the spinach on our pizza's" which is a BOLD FACE LIE because they do cook the Spinach because they have before, So don't LIE to your customers just admit your Mistake and say your sorry and you will do better next time.Sincerely a PIZZA...

Ordered some stuffed garlic knots and brownie. Waited for over an hour. Had to call the store where Davin said he couldn’t place the order because he didn’t have a delivery driver. He then lied about trying to call us twice. I get being short handed, but don’t lie about calling just because you forgot or didn’t care. We’ve always gotten awful service from this store. Foods usually over-cooked and cold. I’m guessing there’s high turn over at this location.

I’ll take a shot in the dark and say that someone is mismanaging the store.

Just called the district manager Whitney about this and she said they don’t deliever after 9:30. We ordered at 9:26. She offered us a whole 10% off and that was the best she would do.

Like I said before, the store is mismanaged.

We’ll be taking our business to Dominos from now on. Really gunna miss that...
