We frequent GC at least once a month Iâd say - so last night we decided to go to GC we arrived at 7:42pm, checked in, got our seats & I went up to order my usual a steak & the gentleman says very abruptly âthese the last 2 steaks I have for the nightâ Iâm like âuh?â He says âyea no more steaks for the nightâ hmm đ€ I went back to my table told my husband idk what la going on but dude said no more steaks for the night he only has the 2 up there left . So I got one of the ones he had sitting up there & went in my way - THEN the same guy begins picking up the food trays that the hot food was in & the little black lady that was working the register grabbed 2 to go plates walked over to the buffet & began fixing plates & she told the guy âhey you need to let the customers know you taking the food downâ he immediately responded loud & clear âthey good Iâm ready to get outta hereâ so he pulled the pans & things continued on to wipe the area down . The guy working salad bar was awesome he has his containers pulled but sitting on top it was then like 8:10pm - so I see the flame rise up from the grill & a guy had done out 2 big strips of steak in the grill - Iâm like what ??? Well, long story short it wasnât for the customers so idk who it was for or were they cooking steaks for the next day at like 8:19pm - videos below !    Read moreOVER PRICED!!! I spent a little over $18 for a buffet and drink for just myself on Sunday afternoon. There is absolutely nothing on this buffet worth spending that kind of money for. Half of the food that I put on my plate was either old or cold. The steak I had cooked, was cooked perfectly medium, BUT the cut was so poor I literally couldn't eat it. Every single bite had hard gristle or fat. The best thing I ate was the roll which was absolutely amazing by the way. Other than that, everything else was extremely subpar. Even the dessert bar was horrible. No fruit for the chocolate, just marshmallows and rice crispy. At that price, strawberries for the chocolate fountain should be there. Also, no peanut butter or sugar cookies, only chocolate chip and the ice cream machine was in great need of cleaning. I had to ask for a bowl, which was handed to me dirty with a dried up peice of food on the bottom. When getting dessert, the man working behind the bar had to go get spoons which one of those was also handed to me dirty with what looked like smeared chocolate on it. The salt on the table come out the shaker in clumps and so did the one on the table next to us. The waiter brought us another salt dispenser and low and behold the same exact issue. This place is in desperate need of attention. Attention to serving better quality food and/or at least making sure it is hot and fresh but mostly addressing the uncleanness of this establishment.

What I didn't like is the lack of professionalism from the managers there who were scolding their employees in front of customers . One manager came out yelling at the servers so loud I could here him from 8 table's away with my back turned, which made me look to see what the issue was. The other manager came out yelling at the grill cook about not taking out the rolls before being burned. Obviously there was some staffing issues where multiple people are trying to take on more work to fill in rolls that was not their strong suit. First off, if you have an issue with your employees, don't air it out in front of paying customers, that is a major turn off for us to return. Secondly if you come out to see why the grill cook with 16 people waiting in line for steaks (I know because I counted), take care of the rolls yourself and understand that the customer comes first! Hire more people and address the roll issue at a later time. Don't cause a scene for 16 people to watch like it is Jerry Springer! Would I go back? Probably not for a long time, unless I had a large number of people that I had in my group. My partner was so emotional over the managers that she just stopped eating and was ready to leave. On a positive note the carrot cake and banana pudding is really good as well as the Mac and cheese. Even the green beans and the sauteed mushrooms were good enough for second's. The steak đ„©...
