It’s getting 2 stars because I absolutely loved the games & decor. I will return simply because it’s such a fun place to spend time. That said, I was so excited to host a group event here with my employees and some family for my birthday this past Sunday.

What should have been an exciting evening quickly turned into an anxiety ridden and unimpressive experience. From the jump, it was extremely unorganized. None of the employees could tell us how we should go about playing golf or laser tag with the group event pricing.
Multiple trips had to be made up and down the stairs to find an employee and figure things out. This was a group of almost 20 people… why is there no organization? Additionally, I ordered 2 pizzas to the room for 5:30pm. We all stayed in the room until then, but no pizzas came. We kept checking to see when they would arrive as we were enjoying the arcade, but it took until about 6:30 for any pizza to make it to the room. At that point everyone was starving, so I went down stairs to again order pizza and waters to the room—which also took an hour to come… AFTER I told them not to worry about it. Let’s not forget that we were told “group events don’t get an attendant.” One of my employees told me they went to try to purchase a drink from the concession stand because it was taking so long. The guy working said “thank god because I have a lot of pizzas to make.” Obviously understaffed. I would have appreciated some communication about this ahead of time. I could have brought my own food.
The icing on the cake was when we attempted to sing happy birthday. We brought an indoor sparkler to light during the song. Suddenly, an employee burst through a curtain and screamed at us to stop. We could see the people in the room beside us just staring at us. It was incredibly embarrassing. IT GETS WORSE! While attempting to eat my birthday cake—another employee pulled me out of the room TWICE as he spoke to someone on the phone. The second time, he handed me the phone. On the other end was the OWNER! He proceeds to say “I understand you were lighting sparklers in my establishment?” I say, “it’s no big deal—we light them all the time inside. It’s an indoor sparkler.” This guy then proceeds to tell me about fire code for his building and all this CRAP! Like—hello?? I’m spending nearly $1k in your “establishment” and you’re scolding me over the phone? I stopped him and said “look man—are you going to kick us out?” He says “oh! No ma’am!” To which I reply “great, so can I get back to my party then?”
I didn’t really hear what he said after that. I quickly said “great, thanks” and handed the phone back to the employee.
How dare you berate me over the phone for your employees’ lack of observation and knowledge of the standards you have put in place? How dare you attempt to make me feel like I did something wrong or bad when it is YOUR decision not to supervise group events?
Poor experience, poor management, and poor people skills. I expect a phone call and some sort of compensation to make up for my horribly embarrassing...
Read moreSuper fun place to bring the kids. Prices are very affordable. The only complaints I have is when you bowl, it would only allow 1 person at that lane to bowl at a time. So you would have to sit and wait for your friend to bowl 5 frames, then start the whole process again for the next person. You can't have 2 or 3 people bowling on the same lane. So it makes it not fun to bowl. My 2nd complaint would be the elevator. It's there because it's wheelchair accessible upstairs. When I asked if we could use it because I had my 1yr old grandbaby in the stroller, I was told no. So between me(whose back was broken in 3 places) my daughter(who has had shoulder surgery twice) and a kind stranger(not an employee) we were able to get the stroller packed up, then back down the stairs. But all in all, everything else was super fun to play. My grandbabies went home with a ton of ducks from the claw machine. It's set to where even a 3yr old can play and win a duck every single time. So that made everything else worth it. I just wish I had not spent $20 on bowling. Because I was not made aware of how it was set up. So $15 of that was wasted. But I still give 5 stars because we will return and play again. Just a little wiser now to...
Read moreIt’s a lot of fun with lots of potential but it could use some improvements for sure. First of all it was extremely hot and I wasn’t doing a lot when I started to sweat. Secondly the upstairs concessions is ran very very slow , make sure you feel like waiting 30 mintutes just to get your order taken before you get in line we had 1 person infront of us and waited 30 mintutes to get our order taken and another 10 to just get it and we order 3 bottled drinks , not to mention the guy behind the counter making the food used no gloves when preparing the food and ringing people up and wiping sweat off his face and proceeding to go back and touch the food again with no gloves. Lastly the arcade games are pricy so don’t expect the 10$ arcade card to get you very far as most games are 2.50-3$ a piece. We had a lot of fun besides those few issues but I hope some...
