So, where do I begin?
Ordered a #4. Double cheeseburger from the picture posted on the menu. Received one patty along with bacon. Thought it was just a mix up so my Boyfriend goes back to the counter to get it straightened out, he returns with the same cheeseburger with the bacon taken off and an extra slice of cheese thrown on it. The burger was still not what was ordered.
There was a worker on break hollering to the kitchen that his shoes had backs on them and they weren’t crocs. Letting us know as well as his coworkers that they were non-slips. He then proceeds to state that he didn’t know that there were customers in the restaurant. There was one other table sitting maybe 10 feet from him.
Also, every table in the establishment was dirty. Meanwhile 2 more coworkers were sitting around talking about how they didn’t have money.
Maybe if they spent less time talking about their lack of funds as well as what kind of footwear they have on the tables would be clean and we would’ve received what we ordered correctly.
Mind you, only 1 other table was in the restaurant with no line in the drive-thru. I can understand if a restaurant is busy, but for all the excessive talking (hollering across the restaurant) and incorrect prepping of 1 order containing 2 entrees I’m...
Read moreI concur with every person who’s been at this location recently. By far, the WORST MANAGER to date. I wonder if the owner of this franchise reads reviews on this location. A manager can make or break a restaurant and/or business. This manager is tasteless, inconsiderate, and simply rude. My guess is that she does it so comfortably because she hasn't been fired/reprimanded. I'm almost 100% sure that she's the same manager who the other reviewer has mentioned who spoke rudely to a customer. It's unbelievable. Whoever gave her the keys to this island and isn't keeping track of her behavior, good luck. Your franchise (store) is slowly sinking. Maybe you'll pay attention when you realize how serious it is or someone sues you because you've trusted your establishment to a mean human being who doesn't care how she treats others nor that it isn't her island. If you have cameras, you should look at them. For everyone else, drive to another location where you'll be treated fairly and with respect. That place is terrible, one of their uneducated employees at Dairy Queen Hammond asked me "what's wrong with him" in reference to my autistic child one day when I took him after school for ice cream back in April. I contacted DQ corporate but nothing was done . I hope she is one of the ones fired in this past incident
The staff there also like to make fun of children that are special needs. I was just on Facebook when Mr. Alex Cole posted about the staff making fun of his Autistic child. He of course reported the incident with no resolve. What kind of half ass managers are running that place that are not paying attention their sorry, ignorant, no respect of a staff? I will never spend my money there and after the recent disrespect of law enforcement no one with any morality should spend their money at the Dairy Queen Hammond Square based on principal!
