Asked if they offered a dish that's normally served with ground pork. I was told twice that it did have ground pork by the server and owner. When the dish arrived it looked nothing like it was supposed to and had minced pork in it. I decided to eat it anyway but couldn't get past the texture. Mentioned to the server it wasn't what I asked for, the owner came to the table and I told her I specifically asked for ground pork and she was one of the people that said it did. She basically told me it was served with minced pork because they were out of ground pork. I could tell she wasn't going to make it right by her cavalier attitude. Paid my bill and I won't be going back. Also the atmosphere would be nicer if the other owner didn't wander around the restaurant drunk trying to have conversations with anyone. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Chicken wings were dripping with grease as I picked up the bag, soggy- no crisp at all. Lo mein was way too thick and flavorless- no amount of soy sauce could save these. The grandfather general tso chicken was sub par- at best. They charged me for things I didn’t ask for and didn’t give me things I specifically asked for. Charged me for a 2 liter but gave me 2 tiny sodas instead. When I called to explain to them how horrible everything was, they offered no solution and couldnt care less. WAY OVER PRICED AND COMPLETELY UNSATISFYING - A WASTE OF MONEY! Food is terrible. The owner was also extremely inappropriate. He wouldn’t leave my sister and I alone the whole time we were there. As my sister was walking back from the restroom, he watched her from behind and said out loud, to her, “oh yea, you’ve got a figure on you”. She was extremely grossed out. I wish we would’ve said something to him while we were there.
If giving zero stars was an option I’d do that. Not impressed with this place at all. We left and both felt disgusted. I have no idea how this place is rated at 4.5 stars. Its misleading. Trust the lower rates on this one.
